01 Congratulations! You are now a member of Asiana Corporate Club. Asiana Corporate Club is a program that will offer benefits to your company and employees everytime your employee travels on Asiana Airlines. We offer a way for your company to earn free travel depending on miles flown by your employee. The Membership Guide will provide comprehensive description of the necessary information about Asiana Corporate Club member benefits and terms & conditions and show you ways to accelerate your free travel opportunities. Once again congratulations on becoming an Asiana Corporate Club member and we hope that you will experience many benefits and quality services through this program. Miles Accrual Miles will be accrued to your corporate member account whenever an Asiana Club member enrolled as your employee boards a regular Asiana Airlines flight based on miles flown and seat class. To check miles flown between two cities refer to Miles Accrual Chart between destinations on pages 2~3. Please refer to the following Miles Accural Chart by seat categories. Guide to Miles Accrual 1. To earn miles in the Asiana Corporate Club account, employees must provide their individual Asiana Club account numbers when making a reservation, ticketing and checking-in. 2. All employees registering for membership in Asiana Corporate Club must also be Asiana Club individual members in good standing. Because Miles will automatically be accrued in both the Asiana Corporate Club account and the employee's individual Asiana Club account. 3. Tickets marked with a discount of more than 50% on the fare basis, special discount tickets ineligible for mileage, and award tickets or free tickets are excluded from mileage eligibility under this program. 4. Miles will be awarded based on the class of service paid, not the class of service traveled. 5. Miles may only be accrued on regular Asiana-operated flights. 6. Miles may not be accrued for flights taken prior to enrollment in Asiana Corporate Club. 7. Miles may not be transferred to any other company's Asiana Corporate Club account or to an individual Asiana Club account. 8. All tickets and boarding passes must be retained until mileage has been credited to the Asiana Corporate Club account in case of any discrepancy. Claims for missing mileage must be accompanied by the original boarding pass and a copy of the ticket for the flight in question. 9. Asiana Airlines reserves the right to carry out mileage promotions based on geographic regions or other category.

02 A siana C orporate C lub 03 Employee Awards When employees are registered as members of the Asiana Corporate Club, not only can they earn miles for your company but for themselves as well - as individual members of Asiana Club. Detailed membership information can be found in our Asiana Club membership guide. Miles before membership enrollment are not accumulated and it is eligible for mileage only for regular flights of Asiana Airlines. Requesting Free Travel & Upgrade Awards Members of Asiana Corporate Club can earn miles throughout the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31, or from the time of enrollment to December 31 of the first year. These miles can be redeemed for free award tickets and upgrades in the following year between February 1 to January 31. Accumulated mileage may be used for flight awards ticket or upgrade ticket. For more information on mileage deductions, please see the Mileage Deduction Table. Asiana Corporate Club mileages can be used within the remaining miles regardless of the number of times within the effective period and unused miles cannot be carried-over to the subsequent year. When applying for award travelers need to make reservations for the planned travel destination. When making reservation, make sure to inform that you are traveling using miles. If you do not make prior notification, your reservation may be cancelled or you may not be able to board on flight. Guide for Club Members Asiana Corporate Club Miles may be used by employees registering for membership in the Asiana Corporate Club. Members of the Asiana Corporate Club are required to present a valid certificate of employment and an Asiana Corporate approval permit in order to receive full club membership benefits. How to Enroll and change Additional Employees To add new employees to your Asiana Corporate Club account, simply complete a membership update application form and submit it to the Asiana Club Service Center and your application will be processed within 10 days. To be eligible, new employees must first become members of Asiana Club and must submit a certificate of employment. Any changes of employees including resignation should be noticed to Asiana Airlines. Guide to Awards 1. Miles accrued in the Asiana Corporate Club program between January 1 - December 31 are valid for redemption only in the following year between February 1 - January 31. 2. There is no limit to the number of awards application and miles not redeemed during this time period will expire and cannot be carried forward. 3. Award ticket and upgrade award ticket issued can not be transferred to another name, no cash or mileage refund and will be considered void if sold, bartered or assigned to a third party. 4. The following blackout dates are applied to award redemption during peak-season. When ticketing Award tickets, the passenger is responsible for applicable fuel surcharges, war insurances, taxes and fees. Fuel surcharges, airport facility charges may vary depeding on the ticketing date. 6. Award tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. (award tickets effective period may not be extended) 7. No partial, or full refund is permitted after ticket is issued. 8. Once a free award ticket is issued, the destination in a same region is permitted, but destination in a different region is not permitted. ex ) Tickets issued : Incheon-New York-Incheon Changed itinerary : Incheon-Chicago-Incheon (available), Incheon-Sydney-Incheon (not available) 9. When making a free award ticket reservation you must clearly indicate that Asiana Corporate Club miles will be redeemed for this ticket. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled and no award ticket being issued. 10. Passengers traveling on free award tickets are entitled to the same compensation when denied boarding, delay and cancellation. 11. When traveling on a multi-segment free award ticket each segment must be used in the order that it was ticketed. Failure to do so may result in the ticket being voided and travel denied. 12. Asiana Corporate Club miles may not be redeemed for one-way travel or infant travel. No discount will be given for multiple redemptions of award tickets. 13. Once flight awards tickets or upgrade awards have been issued, passengers may not pay price differences to receive further upgrades. 14. Flight awards tickets cannot be combined with any other promotion and/or coupon.

06 A siana C orporate C lub 07 15. Only one-class upgrades are allowed. A member may not upgrade twoclass from Economy Class to First Class. 16. Upgrade awards are applicable only on the scheduled flights operated by Asiana Airlines. For the ticket sales on condition of the followings, upgrades will not be applicable 50% or more discounted and/or listed as such on the Fare Basis column of the tickets Mileage tickets, free tickets, groups or IT fare tickets Tickets sold on condition of Non upgradable Ticket sold by other airlines and the class or its fare basis is either of U, Q, K, S, V, L, W, T, G 17. Upgrade award may not be used on tickets with 50% and more discount printed on fare basis column, special tickets purchased with nonupgradeable conditions, award tickets and free tickets, group fare tickets (G, T class) and the following cases. (Up to September 30, 2010: Based on mileage redemption date) Flights from North America / Central America No class upgrade seats are subject to change always according to the reserved class fare changes. 18. Asiana Corporate Club Miles are only available for regular flights operated by Asiana Airlines, and may be temporarily available for codeshare flights with Air Busan. Items Joint service flights with Air Busan (Flights must have OZ flight names) Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Asiana reserves the right to discontinue correspondence to any company that has not accrued mileage in the past 12 months, and to cancel any Asiana Corporate Club membership if there has been no mileage activity in that account for one year or more. 7. Asiana is not responsible for lost or delayed correspondence, or any loss or damage resulting there from. 8. Asiana Airlines reserves the right to interpret and define the procedures and policies of the Asiana Corporate Club program. All determinations by Asiana shall be final and conclusive in each case.* 9. Asiana Corporate Club rules, mileage or redemption policy may be changed at Asiana's discretion. Advance notice of 3 months will be given, followed by a grace period of 6 months after the new rules become effective. 10. Failure to abide by program rules and policies or any misrepresentation of information may result in the cancellation of the company's account and/ or membership. 11. Asiana Airlines reserves the right to partake in legal actions to disqualify any company from further activity and participation in the Asiana Corporate Club if in Asiana's sole judgement, the company or any of its employees have violated any of the rules defined within this membership guide. 12. It is the responsibility of the company representative and all members of Asiana Corporate Club to inform Asiana of any changes related to their employment status, contact information and other relevant personal data. 13. Mileage accrual will be based on actual miles flown and class of seating bonuses on Asiana-operated flights only. Miles cannot be accrued when using Asiana partner airlines or other partner services. * For general information and details please refer to Asiana Airlines website www.flyasiana.com. Asiana Corporate Club is a special program of Asiana Club and information not stated in the Asiana Corporate Club Membership Guide is subject to Asiana Club rules. As the Asiana Corporate Club, the special program of Asiana Club, any information not mentioned on the membership guide will be conformed to the regulations and terms of Asiana Club. Membership Conditions 1. Membership in the Asiana Corporate Club is open to companies for profit in the Korea, United States and Canada which employ and register a minimum of 10 (5 in U.S and Canada) full-time employees in the program to qualify. Government departments, Government Enterprises, Corporate body for profit, government affiliated and other associations and travel industry affiliated companies are not eligible for membership. 2. All employees registering for membership in the Asiana Corporate Club must also be Asiana Club individual members in good standing. 3. The registered company's President, CEO or Owner must be enrolled as a member in the Asiana Corporate Club. 4. When applying for Asiana Corporate Club, corporate registration or equivalent document must accompany and certificate of current employment must accompany all employee applications. 5. Purpose of Collection and Use of Private Information For the purpose of service operation and marketing, Asiana Airlines collects private information from members with their consent. 2. Items and Method of Private Information Collection Asiana Airlines collects the following information through written application or at the website, for the following purposes: Korean name and English name: Necessary for reservations of flight tickets and membership card issuances Resident Registration Number (for written data collection only), date of birth and identity authentication number: Necessary for identification Telephone number: Necessary for contacting a member when needed for reservation of flight tickets Address, zip code, e-mail address and nationality : Necessary for notification of major changes in terms, mileage records and other marketing information Other information: Necessary for marketing and customer services Other information: Necessary for marketing and customer services Separately from subscription, records on the use of Asiana Airlines services (boarding, purchase of goods and use of the website) may be collected. 3. Items and Purpose of Private Information for Disclosures to a Third Party A. Asiana Airlines does not disclose the personal information of members to any third party without the consent of the member (except in cases where it is required by law to do so). If a member uses the services of a partner of Asiana Airlines, the personal information of the member may be disclosed to a minimal extent. For information about partners and items of information provided, please refer to the Asiana Club Personal Information Policy at the Asiana Airlines web site (flyasiana.com). B. Asiana Airlines is responsible for damages caused in relation to the use of private information members have provided for purposes other than collection, or for disclosure to a third party without consent, excluding the circumstances described in the above paragraph. If a member discloses his or her private information intentionally or out of negligence; provides false information; or has failed to report changes in private information, causing discrepancies, the above provision is not applicable. 5. Asiana Airlines will destroy a member s private information within a day through deletion of member DB and destruction of documents in the following circumstances: if a member withdraws from Asiana Club; if a member is disqualified; if the purpose of collection has been achieved; or if Asiana Airlines closes its business. Records maintained under the applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on Consumer Protection in e-commerce, are destroyed after being maintained for a fixed period of time. (Records on contracts or cancellation of transactions: five years; records on customer complaints and handling of conflicts: three years) B. Asiana Airlines identifies a member account as inactive and manages its personal information separately if a member with remaining mileage has not logged in, earned or redeemed miles for five years, or if a member without remaining mileage has not logged in, earned or redeemed miles for one year. Such accounts can only be reactivated through an identity verification process. Once reactivated, the members can fully enjoy the benefits of Asiana Club. 6. Rights and Method of Exercise of Rights of Users and Legal Representatives A. Asiana Airlines shall seek the consent of a legal representative before collecting and using the private information of a child under the age of 14, or disclosing such information to a third party. Asiana Airlines may request the legal representative to submit information to the minimum extent required, including name, for the purpose of identification. B. A member or a legal representative may demand to view, correct and cancel consent on the use of private information provided by the member or a child under the age of 14. C. A member may withdraw from Asiana Club through the Asiana Airlines or Asiana Club website, by contacting the Asiana Club Service Center (82-2-2669-8180), or by requesting Asiana Airlines to withdraw in writing. A member who intends to withdraw from Asiana Club shall submit an application for membership withdrawal with his or her signature, the agreement on the extinction of miles and the evidence of identification. 7.
