Stroh Center A Z Guide ADA Stroh Center is an ADA compliant building. Disabled patrons are suggested to make their requests ahead of time by calling 419 372 0000. Address 1535 East Wooster Street, Bowling Green, OH 43403. Alcohol Alcohol and beer will be served at most Stroh Center events to those 21 years and older and everyone may be required to show proof of age. During select BGSU Athletic events, alcohol and beer will only be sold to those individuals in the Anderson Club. Alcohol will stop being sold at the start of the second half. No alcohol will be allowed to be brought in or out of the Stroh Center. Anderson Club Located above center court, on the south side, the Anderson Club is a 40 to 60 person rentable meeting space. The club has an independent with a sound system and room layout can be configured in numerous ways. Animals No animals with the exception of service animals are allowed in building. Announcements No private announcements will be made. Please visit Guest Service kiosk located on concourse for emergency assistance. ATMs For your convenience a PNC Bank ATM is located in the South lobby of the Stroh Center, to the left of the ticket sales widows. Baby Changing Stations Baby changing stations are located in all women s and the three family restrooms of the upper concourse. Backstage Passes The Stroh Center does NOT sell backstage passes. The only access to backstage passes is through a radio station drawing or the touring act, if applicable. Backstage access is not permitted unless authorized by the tour.

Bags Searches and Pat Downs Bag searches take place at the discretion of Stroh Center Management and BGSU Campus Police at any event held at the Stroh Center. Other events may have pat downs / metal detectors in use as well. It is recommended that guest travel light. Banners & Signs Banners and signs are permitted on an event by event basis. Signs cannot contain derogatory images or language. Signs will be confiscated if they are deemed inappropriate. All banners and signs must not block the view of other patrons and cannot cover building advertisement signs. BG Bucks/Falcon Dollars BG Bucks and Falcon Dollars can be used at any Stroh Center Events at the concession stands. Box Office Please check the Box Office page at www.strohcenter.com for office hours, contact phone numbers, and other general information. Bricks Buying a brick is easy and can be done by contacting The Stroh Center Brick Campaign at 1 877 299 4449 or visiting www.brickorder.com/strohcenter Cameras/Recording Devices Our camera policy varies per event. Please go to our event calendar and click on the event interested in for information specific to event, such as the camera policy. Please be advised that the camera policy is given to us by the touring act so we may not have that information until the day of the event. Please check back occasionally to see if any information has been updated. Children s Ticket Policy Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Specific event information can be found by clicking on the event calendar and then clicking on the specific event are interested in. For BGSU Athletic events, children 2 and under that sit on a lap do not require a ticket. Code of Conduct Guests shall be respectful of others around them. Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests. During some concerts, the artists may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those

occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests. Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers or the athletes in any way. Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests. During some sporting events, guests shall wait for a stoppage in play before moving about the arena. Guests shall adhere to the instructions and directions of arena staff. Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure. Guests shall not block the aisles. Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket and shall provide their ticket upon request. As required by the State of Ohio, guests shall not smoke anywhere in our facilities. Guests shall not consume alcoholic beverages on Stroh Center property. Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an Usher, Security Officer or Event Staff Representative. Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operational and emergency procedures. Guests not abiding by this Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from the Stroh Center and, in some cases, subject to criminal prosecution. Concessions Concessions are operated by Sodexo Concessions. There are 4 concessions stands on the main concourse. All major credit cards are accepted. Containers For the safety of our guests, bottles, cans, ice chests, thermoses, containers of any kind, or any items that are potentially harmful items are prohibited and will not be allowed into the Stroh Center. Directions Stroh Center is located at 1535 Wooster Street, Bowling Green, OH 43403. It is located off of Interstate I 75 at exit 181. Door Policy Doors open one hour prior to any event, unless otherwise stated in the event information section. Dress Code There is no specific dress code for Stroh Center events. However, any inappropriate clothing may be asked to be covered at any time.

Drop Off/Pick Up Drop off/pick up is permitted in the main parking lot. However, this is at the discretion of the uniformed officers working the parking detail. Ejections The Stroh Center reserves the right to eject any guest whose behavior is against policy, disorderly, or illegal. If you observe any guest behaving in such manner please let event staff know immediately. Elevator Policy The elevator may be used for those who need to access to the concourse level from the lobby level. Please contact an event staff member for directions. Entrances There are 2 entrances into the Stroh Center located to the north and south of Stroh Center. The Box Office and University Bookstore are located inside the south entrance. Emergencies For emergencies during a Stroh Center event, please call 911. Food and Beverage Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside the Stroh Center. All items must be disposed of before entering the arena. Exchanges There are no ticket exchanges for any event at the Stroh Center. Gate Open Times Typically gates open 1 hour prior to event time, unless otherwise noted. Guest Services Location The Guest Services / Arena Information area is located on the south side of the main concourse, behind section southeast corner adjacent to section 111.

Groups Group discounts are offered for some events at the Stroh Center. The number that constitutes a group and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the tour or BGSU Athletic event. Specific event information can be found by clicking on the event calendar and then clicking on the specific event. Anyone interested in purchasing tickets for a group, may call (419) 372 0000 to place an order. Handicapped Accessible Parking There are 22 handicapped spaces on the east side of the Stroh Center for those cars properly displaying the correct handicapped decal. These spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Handicap Accessible Protocol For all ticket on sales, the procedure for handicap/wheelchair accessible seating is as follows: To request handicap accessible seating, please dial (419) 372 0000. To request handicap accessible seating on the day of an event, please dial the above number and leave your name, contact number, and how many tickets requested. Ticket requests will be addressed in the order they come into the box office and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. In Store Pickup versus Will Call In store pickup is the option to pick tickets up at a Ticketmaster outlet. Will Call is the option to pick up tickets at the Stroh Center Box Office. Please see Will Call for more information. Lost and Found Lost and found items are turned into Guest Services / Marketing Kiosk, located behind section 110 during and after the event. Please go to the Stroh Center Box office for lost and found on non event days. Lost Children Lost children should report to our Guest Services / Arena Information located in the south east corner adjacent to section 111. An event staff member will stay with the child until a parent/guardian comes for him/her or until we can track down the other party members. Parents can also report to Guest Services / Arena Information area if they need to report a lost child. Lost Tickets The Stroh Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details. If tickets were purchased from Ticketmaster call (800) 653 8000. If tickets were purchased from the Stroh Center Box Office please call (419) 372 0000 or email tickets@bgsu.edu with the name of the person that purchased the tickets, EXACT date of purchase, type of credit card used, and the last four digits of the credit card. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will

be voided. New tickets will be available for pickup at Will Call with a photo ID. You may come into the Box Office during regular business hours. Military Military discounts may be available on an event basis. Please call (419) 372 0000. Parking Parking is located in several different areas near the Stroh Center. Paying for Tickets Tickets may be purchased using any of the following methods of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do accept checks payable to BGSU Athletics. Prohibited Items Specific items (please see the items listed below) are not permitted into the Stroh Center and will be confiscated. Please note that specific events may require the building to prohibit additional items for the safety of their event. Balloons for special events (example: graduations) must either be returned to your car or checked at Patron Services where it can be picked up at the end of the event. Aerosol cans Adhesive Tape Air horns Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs Animals except certified service dogs for the disabled Backpacks or oversized items Balloons Beach balls and other inflatable s Belts made of metal or chains or including spikes and/or studs Blow horns or noise makers Cameras or recording devices (varies by event) Chains over 6 inches in length Confetti Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons Glass bottles or aluminum cans Ice chests, coolers or thermos containers Laser pointers Outside food or beverage Skateboards or roller blades Sticks or clubs including signs attached to sticks Stools or folding chairs Umbrellas Water bottles or mugs Weapons including knives, mace and pepper spray

Promotions/Vending Any person or business wishing to distribute/hang any promotional material or sell any product during a Stroh Center event MUST receive permission to do so from the promoter of the show and the Stroh Center General Management. Any persons not authorized to distribute or sell any product will be asked to leave Stroh Center property immediately. Re Entry Policy There is no reentry unless the promoter makes a request to permit re entry. In the event of an emergency or a specific need to exit the building, please request approval from an Event Staff Supervisor. Refunds There are no refunds available for any Stroh Center event, unless otherwise specified by The Stroh Center management or Bowling Green State University. Resale and Ticket Scalping An event ticket will not be recognized, honored, or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Stroh Center Box Office, Ticketmaster, or its authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any Ticketmaster outlet may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe please only order tickets from an authorized dealer (Ticketmaster.com, by phone at (800) 745 3000, a Ticketmaster outlet, or the Stroh Center Box Office). Re selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the Stroh Center property and is subject to confiscation and arrest. Restrooms There are 4 available women s restrooms and 2 men s available restrooms located on the concourse level behind sections. Additionally, there are 3 family restrooms also located on the concourse level behind sections. Restaurants Restaurants located near The Stroh Center include Oasis, Wendy s, Frickers, Tim Horton s, Bob Evans. Season Tickets to Athletic Events To purchase season or individual tickets to any BGSU athletic event call (419) 372 0000 or check out www.bgsufalcons.com for more information. Security If there is a security need during a Stroh Center event, please contact the usher in your seating section.

Senior Citizen Tickets Senior citizen discounts may be available on an event by event basis. Please call (419) 372 0000 for more information. Service Animal Service animals are allowed inside the Stroh Center. However, we ask all fans who plan to on bringing a service animal to an event, please call 419 372 7055 so the Stroh Center staff can properly provide the best service possible. Smoking Policy There is no smoking inside the Stroh Center. Solicitation There is no solicitation allowed at any Stroh Center event. Severe Weather Go quickly to Tornado Shelter Area: (Tornado Warning This means Tornado has been seen nearby) Ease side of building: visiting team locker rooms and adjacent hallway West side of building: loading dock area, staging area, west hallway, or freight elevator in lower lobby North side of building: home team locker rooms and hallway, classroom, conference room and training rooms South side of building: storage/ service hallway and storage rooms Do Not Leave Area Until Tornado Warning Is Over Souvenirs Souvenirs can be purchased at the Falcon Team Store located inside the south lobby entrance. The Bookstore will be open during BGSU Athletic event days as well as Mon Fir from 10am 5:30pm and Sat 11am 3pm. Strollers Strollers must be placed just outside the concourse entrance of each section where they will remain until a party member comes to retrieve it. Stroh Center staff is not responsible for anything lost or stolen. Tailgating Tailgating is permitted on Stroh Center grounds or parking lots during selected events only. Telephones There are no pay phones in the Stroh Center. Ticket Discounts (Child, Senior, Groups, University) Discount tickets are available for some events. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount

will vary by event and are at the discretion of the tour. Please inquire about discounts prior to purchasing tickets. Some discounts may be available only at the Stroh Center Box Office or online at ticketmaster.com. Ticket On Sales For most on sales we will use the random ticket policy. The purpose of the random number distribution is to insure that all customers have the same chance of being first in line, eliminating the need to camp out. This policy also helps to insure customer safety and provides for effective crowd control. A numbered ticket does not guarantee a ticket...only a place in line. To Purchase Tickets Please Read the Following Instructions: Sequentially numbered tickets will be issued approximately (1/2) hour prior to the designated sale time. ONE numbered ticket per customer. Must be 12 years or older and able to complete a transaction to receive a numbered ticket. A numbered ticket does not guarantee a ticket, only a place in line. The numbered ticket will only be honored at the Ticket Center where it was received. Numbered tickets are non transferable. The starting number will be announced immediately after the last numbered ticket is handed out. The starting number will be drawn randomly by a customer. The customer holding the ticket that matches the starting number drawn will be the first in line (i.e. if #'s 1 100 were issued and number 10 was drawn, the line would start with 10, then 11, 12, 13 through 100, then 1 9). When the starting number is announced, the line will shift accordingly. Anyone who receives a numbered ticket has a chance to be first in line There is no need to camp out. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not abide by the above policies. Weapons No weapons of any kind are permitted in the Stroh Center (including but not limited to guns, knives, mace, fireworks, belts w/spikes, sharp objects, etc.). Wheel Chair Rental/Use We do not rent out wheelchairs however they are available upon request for transportation from our parking lot to your seat (and vice versa). Please go to Guest Services / Arena Information for further information. Will Call Window When tickets are purchase over the phone or online you may select Will Call as your pickup option. Will Call means that you want to pick your tickets up for a specific event at the Stroh Center Box Office. Will call will open 2 hours prior to the start of the event. Please check the website to see if the will call office will open any sooner for a particular event. Please be advised that there may be a line and it is best to pick up your tickets as soon as possible. The person picking up the tickets must be the same person the tickets are left under. When picking

up tickets you must present a photo ID to receive your tickets. Please also bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the order confirmation number in case there are any problems finding your account. If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster for someone else please call Ticketmaster at (800) 653 8000. prior to the show and ask for an alternate pickup. There are no exceptions to this rule.
