Adding New Components to AIS in Ontario 1) AIS -RAI Education Analytics Provides all homes with tools that empower executives and managers to effectively manage their corporate education. These tools will also provide a reporting system, dashboards and account management services that allow managers to develop and improve education strategies. 2) AIS -RAI Proficiency Evaluations This functionality offers a series of proficiency evaluations designed by subject matter experts that measure progress against the learning objectives within RAI-MDS 2.0 10 High Level Implementation Plan Phase I : November 2012 includes RAI- Coordinators/backups and RAI Educators: Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant LHIN South West LHIN Central East LHIN Current Chains with AIS investment corporately (Extendicare, Chartwell, Specialty Care and Revera) 11 High Level Implementation Plan (con t) Phase II : January includes -RAI-Coordinators/backups and RAI Educators : All remaining LHINs (LTC Homes) Dates and details to be communicated Phase III : Spring includes other disciplines-tbd: Further plan to be established upon review of the success of Phase I and II 12 4
