Napa Valley Estates Villa The main house is just around 3000 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and a loft area which also will have sleeping capabilities. It is ideal for Four People (two couples), but can sleep Six (three Couples) inclusive of the loft. Each Primary Bedroom has its own Full Bath, plus there is another half-bath available. There is also a Cottage Guest House that will have another two bedrooms with a full bath and is just under 1000 sq. ft. We plan to rent the homes either separately or together depending on needs. This is actually ideal if you feel you may have a larger group of eight to ten people (4-5 couples) who may be interested in traveling together. The house is about 60-90 minutes from San Francisco International airport, so the winner will want to rent a car. The home is located in the heart of Napa s Rutherford Vineyard Region just across the street from Quintessa Vineyards and below Auberge du Soliel Resort & Spa. It is located about 15-minutes from downtown Napa in one direction, or 15-minutes from downtown Calistoga in the other. The home sits on an acre with vineyards to the right, forest to the left, and at the base of a mountain, so it is very private. Some of the World s best restaurants are also within minutes since the Culinary Institute of America is located in Calistoga.
The rental dates generally run form Sunday through Sunday. We generally give Auction Winners ONE-YEAR form the date they originally Win the auction to host their week. Additionally, we offer the winner of the home an opportunity to meet with us any time prior to their trip so that we can offer guidance on where to go or what to do in Napa Valley.
