Alessia Mosci - Director Alessia is responsible for design, client liaison and professional practice in the offi c e. Alessia studied architecture in Milan and at the Bauhaus University, Weimar. Between 2007 and 2010 she worked as Project Director for responsible for the design of the Jewish Community Centre for London. She was also involved in the design of the Kidbrooke Village Masterplan - Europe s large masterplanning exercise to date and a mixed use development on the London Southbank. Alessia has an on-going work & research collaboration with dapstudio due to the shared interest in public buildings. The award winning Lonate Ceppino public library and Ranica cultural centre are a result of this fruitful collaboration. She has been involved in research and teaching at the Politecnico di Milano between 2000 and 2007 and is interested in living standards, working with the existing & the art of representation. 2010+ - Director, MWAI Ltd As Director at MWAI Alessia oversees the design and progress of all MWAI projects. 2010-2007 - Project Director The Jewish Community Centre for London Doon Street Development - mixed use development comprising residential, office, retail and leisure centre along the Southbank. Jewish Community Centre London, UK 2007-2010 Project Director The Jewish Community Centre for London is a mixed-use public building and community facility located on a rectangular site opposite the Camden Arts Centre on Finchley Road. The project comprises of a local community centre, public event space square and 14 unit residential tower. The building is designed to host a range of activities: a café, screening room, cinema, dance studios and multi-purpose rooms for arts & crafts. Functions are arranged over three floors with different degrees of privacy starting with the most public functions at ground floor, the semi-public at first and a fully private nursery on the top floor. 2

Cultural Centre Roberto Gritti Ranica, Bergamo, Italia 2004-2006 Project Director Dapstudio The centre contains a public library, auditorium, kindergarten, dance and theatre school, this building is devoted to education, community and a place for cultural and intellectual growth. *winner of the OAB prize 2010 best public building of the year 5
Kidbrooke Masterplan London, UK 2007-2010 Project Director The site occupies an area of 109 Ha, of which 30 Ha are being developed to accommodate 4800 dwellings, offices, retail and leisure. 6
Goodman s Fields London, UK 2007-2010 Project Director Mixed use scheme in the centre of London to provide approx. 800 new homes, student accommodation, shops, restaurants, offices on an area that occupies approx. 7 acres. 7
Doon Street Development London 2010-2007 Project Director, Mixed use development comprising community facilities, a residential tower with 320 flats, offices and the Rambert Dance Company by Allies & Morrison. 3
UCI Cinemas Iltalia, Lissone Milan, Italy 2000-2004 Interior design of an 11 screens multiplex cinema in the metropolitan area of Milan. The project included two bars and a restaurant with seating areas for 400 people. [with Paolo Vimercati and Benjamin Feldtkeller] 98
