WELCOME Dacey Ltd has been manufacturing orthopaedic footwear since 1972 and offers more than 100 different styles to suit a variety of requirements. Our factory in Cardiff boasts full manufacturing and clinical facilities as well as a unique specialist footwear centre open to the general public. About Us Our Factory Our history lies in the production of bespoke footwear and we still use many of the traditional methods of manufacture to create the shape, style and size of the shoe that is perfect for you. We are still able to utilize many of the traditional methods of manufacture. This includes hand lasting, hand finishing and individual pattern cutting. We are also one of the few companies with the ability to manufacture full welted footwear. As our footwear range has modernised over the years so have our production methods. Our footwear uppers are now designed and patterns are cut using CAD CAM technology. Wherever possible our footwear is machine lasted and standardised sole units are used for production. Our state-of-the-art computer aided design and milling machinery enables us to manufacture all types of functional foot orthoses on site. In addition to this, we provide our own range of semi-bespoke and modular insole systems for both the adult and paediatric markets. Order enquiries: 029 2022 5454

Round and square toe options available Half sizes available Split sizes available Three different last fittings 25 percent surcharge on exchange or return of certain colours All other stock footwear is non returnable Diabetic Footwear A diabetic specification is available on most catalogue styles and colours with the exception of Swiftline products. Modular Footwear A full range of modular footwear is available on all catalogue styles and colours to provide patients with semi-bespoke fashionable footwear. Specialist Manufacture Welted Footwear O Connor Extension Dacey Ltd are one of the few remaining manufacturers capable of producing an O Connor Extension. Adaptations & Repairs Dacey Ltd offers a full range of footwear repairs and adaptations, to our manufactured and customers own footwear. A variety of raises are available in many different materials and colours. A huge range of coloured leather is kept in stock to match patients existing footwear wherever possible.
