We work only with trusted suppliers who meet our stringent quality-control and ethical standards, which means that you can use the service with confidence. And the best thing is, when you use our personalised merchandise service, all designs will have the correct branding and all the profits go back into the leading charity for girls and young women. Terms and conditions Please note: as per our standard terms and conditions, goods made to your specifications or which are personalised for you cannot be returned to unless they are faulty. All prices quoted in this catalogue are VAT inclusive, if applicable, and correct at time of printing. Your unique design can be any size and shape and you can order any number, from 50 to more than 1,000. We can produce woven and metal badges. The cost of the badge will depend on: quantity the more badges you order, the lower the unit cost number of colours and/or special (eg metallic) threads required size and shape of the badge type of badge metal or woven. All price estimates include VAT. To give you an indication of costs (excluding postage and packing), a 70mm-wide woven badge with seven colours would be: 2.50 per badge for 50 badges 1.35 per badge for 100 badges 1.10 per badge for 150 badges 70p per badge for 300 badges 50p per badge for 500 badges 40p per badge for 1,000 badges. 7 Clothing Whether you re looking for event wear or casual wear, we ve got it covered! We suggest you work to a minimum order of 12 garments. This can be a mix of colours, sizes and styles as long as your logo or design remains the same. But please be aware that the unit cost of your order will go up in proportion with: the more colours your design includes and the more intricate it is the size of your design the more areas you want it to appear on back, front, one or both sleeves. The fewer units you order, the higher the unit cost. Hoodie Material: 80% cotton, 20% polyester You can order fewer than 12 garments, but the price for each will increase. For example, for 12 hoodies (shown), name embroidered on the back and embroidered design to the front each. For six hoodies each. For safety reasons, only adult hoodies come with drawcords. 8 Ordering How to order bespoke items 1 Choose your items, colour(s) and (for clothing) size(s) required. If you need advice, call our Sales Team on , or bespoke@girlguiding.org.uk (for badges) or bespokeclothing@girlguiding.org.uk (for clothing). 2 Complete the appropriate order form. You can download these directly from the website search for Badge order form or Personalised clothing order form or from the online shop 3 Prepare your design. For advice on how to design your badge and use branding and trademarks, please read the Badges, Guiding Wear and Merchandise, and Signage Guidelines on the website Before submitting your design, check the following. Have you spelled everything correctly? Have you marked where any special threads and/or colours should go on your design? 4 or post your completed order form along with your design to us. We accept pdf, jpg or eps file attachments. For badges: bespoke@girlguiding.org.uk. For clothing: bespokeclothing@girlguiding.org.uk. Please mark the RGB or CMYK colour breakdowns of your design if possible. We can create digital versions of hand-drawn designs. 5 Your design details will be checked to ensure that they comply with guidelines. Feedback will then be provided. We aim to provide an artwork sample for your approval within seven working days of receiving an enquiry. When we have your approval of artwork, you will receive a precise quote for your order which will include our standard delivery cost. As soon as we receive your payment, we will proceed with your order. How to pay for your items Download an order form from or see Payment below for ordering options. Payment When you receive confirmation of your order and delivery times, call us on to pay by credit or debit card. Standard postage charge per order is 3.95, excluding items on pages 4 and 5 where actual postage charges apply. Please note Delivery times are calculated from receipt of payment and will depend on the items being ordered.
