Giuseppe Pirillo) e in cui sono rappresentati numerosi e qualificati soggetti che operano o hanno interesse nel mercato nazionale ed europeo dei servizi di Facility Management (Associazioni di categoria, Enti pubblici, Imprese private, Università), ha focalizzato i propri contributi nell'ambito degli studi sui progetti di norma relativi alla "Terminologia" e alla "Contrattualistica". Working Definition of Facility Management Facility Management is a discipline that improves and supports the effectiveness of an organization by integrated management and delivery of the appropriate processes that are needed to achieve business objectives. Scope covering operational, tactical and strategically level Scope covering all sectors
