News Lyon open Q4/ Birmingham open Q4/ Marseille open Q1/2016 Feb Staycity launches its first ever pan-uk TV Campaign described as a breakthrough moment for the serviced apartment sector. Mar Staycity celebrates ten years in business. May Staycity opens its first aparthotel property in London Greenwich comprising 161 units. Jun Staycity signs a prominent deal comprising 182 units at Piccadilly in Manchester with LaSalle Investment Managers. Aug Signed landmark Covent Garden deal with LaSalle Investments and Galliard Homes - first design lead project in the 4 star deluxe space comprising 106 studios. Oct Staycity signs a 190 unit deal in York scheduled to open in Q3, 2016. Apr Staycity announce year end results which report record turnover and profits for the group reflecting the successful expansion of the business over the previous years. May Staycity gets inducted into the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame, having won a Certificate of Excellence award for its Birmingham (Arcadian Centre) and Dublin (Saint Augustine Street) locations for five consecutive years. TripAdvisor s Certificate of Excellence awards were launched in 2000 to celebrate hospitality excellence. Jun Staycity launches its first ever Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony. Oct Staycity will open its first property in Lyon, France comprising 144 apartments. Nov Staycity will open its second property in Birmingham comprising 172 apartments located at Newhall Square. Coming soon in 2016 By the end of 2016 Staycity will open in excess of 1,000 new units in locations such as London Covent Garden, London Heathrow, Marseille and York with more to follow. This brings our operating portfolio to 2,000 keys.
