Access Trust Online ACCESS TRUST ONLINE 1. Type http://www.frostbank.com in your browser s address bar. 2. Mouse over Other Logins link in the top menu bar. 3. Select Trust Online. On the Login page, enter your User ID in the appropriate box. UserID is not case sensitive. 2. Click on the Continue button. If this is your first login, you will use your User ID as the password. Access Trust Online Login to Trust Online con t the use of 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. The secured communication connection provided by SSL helps ensure transmitted information remains confidential. * Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the security of information sent via e-mail. Access Trust Online Enhanced Authentication Login The enhanced authentication process requires enrollment to gather necessary user security information. After you have successfully enrolled the in Enhanced Authentication login process, a persistent cookie will be stored on your PC. The cookie will be validated for ongoing authentication. Enrollment Step 1 Figure 4 Terms & Conditions 1. If you agree to the terms and conditions of the process, click I agree. In case you disagree to the terms and conditions, then click I disagree. Click Continue. 2. If you agree to the terms and conditions, enter the password and press Continue. If you enter an incorrect password an error message will be displayed at the top of the screen. A one time password has been sent to your registered email address. This password will expire in 20 minutes. Please enter the one time password from the email and click Continue. If you did not receive the email, please check the spam/junk folders in your email. Also, please add noreply@seic.com and noreply@account3000.com to your contact list. You must leave your Trust Online browser window open when retrieving your one time password. Contact the Internet Banking Group at 1-888-248-2710 for more assistance. Figure 5 One Time Password Enrollment Step 2 Security Profile Setup Step 1 of 3 Select Phone Number Type: Home, Mobile, Work. Enter Phone Number with no hyphens including country code if you live outside of U.S. Please type your Personal Assurance Message. Must be between 2 and 30 characters. No special characters allowed. Select your Personal Assurance Image using the category drop down. Once complete, click Continue. This image and personalized description will be displayed when you are entering your password on Trust Online. This feature ensures that you are providing the password to the legitimate site. Access Trust Online Enhanced Authentication Login con t Enrollment Step 5 Security Profile Setup Step 2 of 3 Select and answer the five security questions. These questions may be asked when you access the application from a PC not identified by Frost (the PC did not have a valid cookie for your User ID). Answers are case sensitive. Must contain at least one number, one upper case and one lower case character. Passwords may not have more than 2 repeating characters. To register your device, click the checkbox under Register this device and skip the Security Questions next time you sign in from this device. Then click Continue. A cookie is placed on your PC for ongoing authentication purposes. This cookie is validated for each ongoing login. An e-mail confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided during enrollment. SELECT AN ACCOUNT On the Account Search window shade select an account. The method you use for selecting an account is determined by the number of accounts you have. 1 Account If you have only one account, the Account Summary page for single account displays when you log in. Figure 9 Account Search Window Shade (Single Account) 2 24 Accounts 1. Select an account from Account List window shade. To display the Account List window shade, click Accounts Menu. 2. To select an account, click on the account number displayed in the window shade. The window shade automatically closes after selecting an account. 25 250 Accounts 1. Select an account by clicking on the account number. The initial display of the Account List window shade contains the list of your accounts. To quickly find an account, use the search function at the top of the Account Search window shade. For more information about searching for an account, see Locate an Account, below. The accounts on the list can be sorted by account name or account number by clicking on the column header. If you click on the heading of a column that is already sorted, the sorting order of that column is reversed. Figure 10 Search Tip The results of the search are shown within a table having two columns Account and Detail. In account column, account number is displayed and in detail column the account name is displayed. Click on the appropriate account number to select it. LOCATE AN ACCOUNT If you have more than 24 accounts, you can search for an account either by name or number using the search fields. (The search fields do not display if you have fewer than 25 accounts.) Figure 11 Account Search 1. Click the radio button (account name or account number). 2. Enter the particular name or number in the text box. 3. Click Search. 4. The page re-displays with the results of the search. If you have fewer than 251 accounts, you can re-display all your accounts by leaving the text box blank and clicking Find. 5. Select the account you would like to view. If you enter part of a name or number, the search finds accounts that contain that combination of letters or numbers at the beginning of the account name or number. (Accounts are sorted by the TRUST 3000 sort character ^.) To find a combination of letters or numbers anywhere in the account name or number, use the wildcard * before the letters or numbers. For example *ca retrieves Carl Rogers and George Campbell. From the list of accounts found in the search, you must select the account you want, even if it is the only account found. DEFAULT ACCOUNT This functionality is added in Trust Online to provide a consistent home page. When you login for the first time in Trust Online, the Default Account Selection page will be displayed. Initially, this page will be shown without any default account selected. Select a default account by making an account selection on Account Search window shade (described in sections Select an Account and Locate an Account ). Default account label will be populated with selection made. Click Submit to save the selected account/account group permanently as your default. Figure 12 Default Account Selection on First Login Default selection can be updated by selecting Default Account menu item found under the Site Options menu. After saving, the Default Account page will be redirected to Account Summary report of the default account selected. This will be the home page on your next login. If you have not selected an account as a default account, each future login default account page is shown as a home page. Figure 13 Default Account Selection on First Login Account/Account Group There are some cases to remember: 1. If you have access to a single account then that account will be automatically considered as a default account. 2. If your accounts access changes and a second account is added, the first account will behave as default account. 3. VIEW A HIGH- LEVEL SUMMARY OF THE ACCOUNT You can see a high-level summary of the account you selected from the Account Search window shade. 1. Select Account Summary from the reports menu. 2. View a particular type of asset (e.g., Equities) held by the account by clicking on that asset type in the asset type column. Figure 14 Account Summary VIEW RECENT ACCOUNT ACTIVITY 1. To view recent account activity, select Recent Activity from the Reports menu. 2. By default, the Recent Activity page displays the five (5) most recent transactions in all categories. 3. To display recent activity for only one specific activity category (e.g., purchases or sales) click on the link for that category. 4. You can display the Activity Detail page for the category you are viewing by clicking on the link immediately under the account name and number. VIEW A DETAILING OF ASSETS HELD BY THE ACCOUNT 1. To view a particular type of asset (e.g., equities) held by the account, click on that asset type on the Account Summary page. An alternative method of displaying a particular type asset is to select Investment Detail from the Report menu. On the Investment Detail page, click Filter and select the asset you want to view. Click Submit. 2. The Investment Detail page is displayed, listing the individual assets of that type owned by the account. The current price field is rounded and displays with four (4) decimal places. Figure 16 Investment Detail 3. The Investment Detail report is displayed in two different sections Summary and Detail. The summary section displays the total for investments made in different asset types and total for all investments. The detail section displays different tables for each asset type and lists individual assets and its total at the end of each table. You can sort by any column on the detail section of the page. To sort by a column, click on the column heading. If you click on the heading of a column that is already sorted, the sorting order of that column is reversed. From the Investment Detail page, you can access a tax lot level page for a particular asset by clicking on the amount in the Unrealized Gain/Loss column. Note: All the columns displayed in the figure above may not be available by default. To include columns go to the Filter link. CHANGE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS FOR THE INVESTMENT DETAIL Figure 17 Investment Detail Permanent Options You can change the default settings for the information provided for each asset. 1. Click on Filter on the top right corner of the page heading. The Investment Detail Report Options page is displayed. 2. On the Permanent Options section of the Investment Detail Report Options popup page, remove the checkmark from any option you do not want to view. To remove a checkmark, click on it. To add a checkmark, click in the blank checkbox. 3. Click Submit. To return to the Investment Detail page without changing any of the categories that display, click Submit. The Investment Detail page displays with the options you selected. At the top of the page, the Report Options and the date for which the data is current are shown. Your selections remain the default settings for this page until you change them. VIEW AN ASSET LINK 1. Click on a link under the Asset Name column. 2. You will be redirected to the Bloomberg website. 3. When you are finished viewing the external page, click on the X in the upper right corner to close the page. EXPORT INVESTMENT DETAIL TO A SPREADSHEET You can export the investment detail to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (Comma Separated Values File). 1. Click on the Export link in the upper right-hand portion of the Investment Detail page. 2. When the File Download dialog box displays, be sure that the radio button next to Save this file to disk is darkened (if it is not, click in it so it darkens). 3. Click OK. 4. The standard Windows Save as dialog box displays. 5. Select the path and enter the file name under which you want to save the file. 6. Click Save. When the download is complete a dialog box displays from which you can open the file. To continue in Trust Online without opening the exported file, click Close on the dialog box. VIEW THE GAIN/LOSS (TAX LOT) LEVEL FOR A GIVEN ASSET Figure 19 Unrealized Gain/Loss You can drill down to the tax lot level for a particular asset. 1. Click on the amount in the Unrealized Gain/Loss column for that asset. 2. The Unrealized Gain/Loss page is displayed. It provides a historical record of each individual purchase of an asset. (The current price field is rounded and displays with four (4) decimal places.) If you have the Trade Date Reporting option enabled, the Unrealized Gain Loss page displays both tax lots and pending items for the selected account/asset combination. If you have the Settlement Date Reporting option enabled, the Unrealized Gain Loss page displays only the tax lots for the selected account/asset combination. You can sort by any column on the Unrealized Gain/Loss page. To sort by a column, simply click on the column heading. VIEW TRANSACTION ACTIVITY DETAIL (16-MONTH HISTORY) Figure 20 Activity Detail You can view up to 16 months of transaction activity detail. 1. Select Activity Detail from the Reports menu. You can also access the Activity Detail page from the Recent Activity page by clicking on the link immediately beneath the account name and number. 2. The Activity Detail page is displayed and is available only for account numbers, not for account group. If the number of activities found exceeds 500, you will be asked to re-define the search criteria to lower the number of activities found. You can sort on any column on the page. To sort by a column, simply click on that column heading. If you click on a column that is already sorted, the sorting order of that column is reversed. Note: All the columns displayed in the figure above may not be available by default. To include columns go to the filter link. VIEW ACTIVITY DETAIL FOR A SPECIFIC TIME PERIOD Figure 21 Time Period Selection Box, Activity Detail You can view activity detail for a specific time period (for example, the last 10 days) by selecting that time period. 1. Click Filter on the Activity Detail page. 2. The Activity Detail Report Options page is displayed. 3. Select a particular time period or specify your own time period. 4. To select a time period, click in the radio button next to the period, in the Temporary Options section. 5. To specify your own time period, in the Temporary Options section, first click in the radio button next to From so that the radio button darkens. Then select dates in both the From and To fields. Note: You can view up to 16 months of transaction activity for any type of activity you select. 6. With your selection made, click Submit. To return to the previous page without changing the time period, click Cancel. 7. The Activity Detail page displays with the details for the time period you choose. Note: A change made in this way is temporary. Once you leave the Activity Detail page, the default categories are again enabled. Click Filter on the menu bar. 2. The Investment Detail Report Options page is displayed. 3. On the Permanent Options section of the Activity Detail Report Options page, select the time period you want for the default. 4. Click the radio button to the left of the time period. Any previously selected radio button is automatically de-selected when you select a new one. If you select the From option, be sure to enter from and to dates in the appropriate boxes. 5. With your selections made, click Submit. To return to the Activity Detail page without changing any of the categories that display, click Cancel. The Activity Detail page displays with the detail for the time period you choose. Your selections remain the default settings for this page until you change them VIEW A DIFFERENT TRUST ONLINE SECTION You can view a different Trust Online page at any time by clicking the name of that page from the Reports menu. CREATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE AN ACCOUNT GROUP (OPTIONAL FEATURE) Access the Grouping Accounts function (create, modify, delete a group). 1. Place the mouse on Account Tools and click Grouping Accounts from the menu. 2. The Account Group page displays. 3. Click on the appropriate link for the account grouping function (create, modify, or delete) you want to perform. Create, Modify, or Delete an Account Group Creating an Account Group Figure 26 Create a New Group Two types of groups can be created: public and private. The public groups are visible to all the users, provided the user has access to all the accounts in the group. 1. Click Create a New Group. 2. Name the group by clicking in the field and typing the name. 3. Select accounts for the group. 4. On the list of available accounts that display, click on the account you want to include in the group and click Add>>. 5. Your selection is moved from the available accounts box to the account group box. To move an account from the account group box to the available accounts box, click on the account you want and then click <<Remove. To select multiple accounts, press the CTRL key before you click on each account. You can use the search fields to limit the accounts in the Available Accounts box. 6. Save the group. To make the group private, and available only to you, be sure the NO radio button is darkened. If it is not, click it so it darkens. To make the group public, and available to other users who also have access to the accounts in the group, click the YES radio button. 7. Click Submit. The name of any account group you create is added to your list of accounts and you can then select that group the same way you select an individual account. If the account name search function is available to you, that function also looks through account group names to find a match for your search criteria. Create, Modify, or Delete an Account Group Modifying an Account Group 1. Click the Modify an Existing Group link. Figure 27 Modify an Existing Group 2. The Modify an Existing Group page displays. 3. Select the group you want to modify. To display a list of your groups, click on the down arrow to the right of the field. On the list that displays, click on the group you want. For users with more than 100 account groups, a message, rather than a list of groups, displays in the box. The message tells the user to search for the group the user wants. Users with fewer than 100 account groups can also use the search function to refine their list of groups. To search for a group, first click in the Group Name field and enter the name of the group. (If you enter part of a name, the search finds account groups that contain that combination of letters at the beginning of the name. To find a combination of letters anywhere in the name you can use the wildcard * before the letters. For example, *ca group retrieves Carl Rogers Group and George Campbell Group.) After you have entered data in the Group Name field, click on the Find button or press the Enter key. From the list of groups found in your search, you must select the group you want by clicking on it, even if it is the only group found. 4. Change the name of the group, if necessary. Click in the field and change the name. Standard Windows editing conventions apply. 5. Select accounts for the group or remove accounts from the group. To select an account for the group: From the list of available accounts that display, click the account you want and click Add>>. Your selection is moved from the Available Accounts box to the Account Group box. To remove an account from the group: From the Account Group list box, click on the account you want and then click <<Remove. Your selection is moved from the Account Group box to the Available Accounts box. To select multiple accounts, press the CTRL key before you click on each account. To make the group public, and available to other users who also have access to the accounts in the group, be sure the YES radio button is darkened. 7. Click Submit. Verify that this is the group you want to delete. You cannot remove individual accounts from the group through the delete function. VIEW ONLINE STATEMENTS (OPTIONAL FEATURE) Figure 29 Online Statements With this option, you can view statements online in Trust Online. 1. Select Online Statements from the Reports menu. 2. Online Statements available for equal or more than three months will display as a group of three months. 3. The Online Statements page is displayed. 4. To view a statement for a specific recipient, click on the recipient s name in the Recipient column. The statement will open in a new pop up window. Note: Statements are displayed using Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0, or higher. If you do not have the Reader, there is a hyperlink (on the online statements page) to the Adobe web site where you can download the Reader for free. View Statement List for a Specific Time Period You can change the date range for the list of statements. 1. Click on Filter to the right of the page heading. 2. Select a From date and To date. 3. Click on a date from the drop-down list. To display the list for a field, click on the down arrow to the right of the field. 4. After you have selected a new date range, click Submit in order to redisplay the list for the new criteria. To return to the Online Statements page without changing the date range, click the cancel button. View an Online Statement Document The statement will be opened when you click on a recipient s name. LOGOFF FROM TRUST ONLINE You can log out of Trust Online from any page. 1. Click on the logoff link. The link is on the right-bottom of the header of the page. 2. The Trust Online Login page displays. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD You may change your Trust Online password at any time. 1. Enter your current password on the Enter Your Password screen. 2. Click the Update Your Profile box. The box is on the bottom left of the page. 3. Click Submit 4. Select password. The Update Password page is displayed in a separate popup window. 5. Enter and confirm the new password. 6. Click Update. The new password must be between 8 and 20 characters, have at least one alpha and one numeric character with no more than two repeating consecutive characters. Your new Trust Online password cannot be the same as your previous password. Note: If your organization has configured Trust Online so that your password expires after a certain amount of time, the Change Password page displays automatically on the expiration date.
