HOW TO BOOK A TOURING/CAMPING PITCH Fill in the booking form and return with a 75.00 deposit to Ayr Holiday Park, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 1EJ. Cheques to be made payable to: Ayr Holiday Park. Advance booking is essential for peak holiday times. Arrival and departure days during peak times are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you prefer a particular pitch you may indicate this on the booking form, but we cannot guarantee that you will get the pitch of your choice. Should you request a serviced pitch, we reserve the right to charge you for that facility whether you use the electricity hook-up or not. Gazebos etc. can only be erected where they do not encroach on a neighbouring pitch. You may phone, during office hours, to check vacancies but a booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. We will send you confirmation showing the balance which is payable on arrival. Touring pitches can normally be occupied from 11.30am on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on your day of departure. Please do not arrive after 9.00pm. We reserve the right to charge visitors for parking and the use of facilities. FOR CANCELLATION TERMS please call for details on 01736 795855 HOW TO BOOK HIRED ACCOMMODATION Use the website and/or tariff, to decide which type of accommodation you would prefer. Fill in the booking form and send it to us with your deposit of 20% of the total charge or book online, plus cancellation plan premium (Contact Ayr Holiday Park for rates). Cheques payable to Ayr Holiday Park please. Bed linen is provided in all accommodation, towels can be hired at 4 per set. You may phone, during office hours, to check vacancies but a booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. We will send you confirmation; the balance is due 28 days before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of seven days to allow time for a deposit to be sent. The period of hire is from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival until 10.00am on your day of departure. Please do not expect to gain entry before 4.00pm. If you arrive early in the morning your accommodation will almost certainly not be ready. PRIORITY CHECK-IN AVAILABLE FOR THE CARAVANS. For a premium of 15 we will have your caravan available to you by 1.00pm at the latest. If we fail to achieve this, your 15 will be refunded. CANCELLATION PLAN PREMIUM Contact the office for rates. PLEASE NOTE On departure, your accommodation should be left clean, tidy and keys must be returned to reception. Only those named on your booking form may enter or use the facilities of the Holiday Homes or the Park. If you intend having visitors, they must call at reception. We reserve the right to charge visitors for parking and the use of facilities. All accommodation is non-smoking. Disregarding this will invoke a cleaning charge of 100 plus a daily charge if the accommodation cannot be let. It is our policy not to accept bookings from teenage groups, single sex parties, or large parties of unrelated couples. Ayr Holiday Park is open all year round, but even outside the main season we would advise you to check availability in case our maintenance programme will cause any inconvenience. ANY DAY ARRIVALS Non Saturday arrivals can be booked throughout the season in the type H, J and G caravans. Please phone for availability and price. DOGS - Dogs allowed in some of the type A, B, E, F, G and H caravans at 15 per dog. Only small to medium sized dogs will be accepted. There is an exercise area for dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead and not allowed to roam, nor should they ever be left unattended. If you require one of these please indicate on the Booking Form. Dogs must not be allowed on seats or beds. DISCOUNTS & SUPPLEMENTS - During discount periods (figures printed in red), 10% discount can be claimed where four people or less occupy a 6 berth caravan and where 3 people or less occupy a 4-6 berth caravan, apartment, or Ayr Terrace Flats for 7 nights or more. Children under 5 years old can be disregarded when calculating discounts but must be declared on the Booking Form. Where more than four people occupy a 4-6 berth caravan, add 25 per week for each extra person.
