two wheels three days Cycle between the two most iconic and beautiful cities in Europe. the time of your life Take on over 200 miles on two wheels and help fund life-saving breast cancer research.
Day 1 Friday Approx. 73 miles London We set off early towards Portsmouth taking on varied terrain including the challenging South Downs. We will arrive at Portsmouth at about 7:30pm and enjoy dinner together. Our ferry departs at around 10:45pm for the overnight crossing to France. Caen Day 2 Saturday Approx. 87 miles Caen Evreux This morning we arrive by ferry in Caen having had breakfast on board. We then set off through historic Normandy. The terrain will be mostly flat roads, but the views are absolutely breath-taking. Take this opportunity to really excel in your cycling and push yourself to the limit. We will arrive in Evreux in good time for a cold beverage, a meal in a local restaurant and a relaxing night. I have every intention of doing London to Paris again. Day 3 Sunday Approx. 74 miles City of Evreux Eiffel Tower, Paris The adrenaline is high on this morning as the destination is in sight. We leave Evreux in an easterly direction bound for Paris and a beautiful day s cycling. We enter the outskirts of Paris and the excitement builds as we approach the final stages of our challenge. We reach the end of our incredible journey at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. From there we go on to our hostel and prepare for the celebratory meal and a night in Paris. Day 4 Monday Paris London In the morning you are free to explore Paris independently. In the afternoon we catch the Eurostar back to St Pancras, London. On arrival you collect your bikes and make your way home at the end of an incredible four days. Your support and encouragement has made this a truly incredible and unforgettable experience. What s included and what s not included This is a bespoke trip for students organised by a fantastic challenge event provider, Classic Tours. It is funded by your registration fee and part of your fundraising total.
