Accommodation (World Cup Rules Art. 13) The OC offers list of accommodation including the categories and pricing as of end of September 2015. Deadline for bookings is December 12th, 2015. For room cancellation after January 13th, 2016 the FIS World Cup Rules are applied. Booking according the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system 4. Transport (World Cup Rules Art. 11) Official airport: Prague Airport Václav Havel The organizing committee will arrange transportation between the Prague Airport Václav Havel and the hotels. 1 transport (from and to the airport) free of charge Price for additional transport: Additional transports from Prague Airport to Nové Město na Moravě can be organized by the OC on request. Payment (World Cup Rules Art. 10 and 13) Accommodation costs : Teams will pay directly in their hotels (accommodation costs for persons from the pay lists will be paid by the OC directly to the respected hotels). Carrying costs/reimbursement : Payment in Race Office on Friday 22/1/2016 at 18:00 All payments will be done by bank transfer or in cash (EUR) 54
6. Waxing facilities (World Cup Rules Art. 14) Wax cabins: available from 21/1/2016 at 8:00. Wax cabins may be booked for an earlier date at the price of 50 EUR/day. Waxing trucks : teams arriving with trucks have to inform the OC before 11/12/2015 with exact measurements of the truck and details of the needs 7. Regulations of radio equipment: The import, export and the operation of radio equipment in Finland is regulated by national law. Permits for the use of radio transmission equipment must be requested according to national specifications. Information : http://www.ctu.eu 8. Regulations of Visa: Remember that citizens of some countries will need visa for visiting Czech Republic. Please check with your embassy if you need a visa for Czech Republic. For an official letter of invitation, please send a request to ski@czech-ski.com List of countries that need visa for visiting the Czech Republic: ARM, BIH, BLR, CHN, GEO, KAZ, KGZ, MDA, RUS, SRB, UKR, UZB, MKD 9. Special permissions for truck driving Vehicles with weight over 7.5 tones, and also vehicles over 3.5 tones with an attached trailer are prohibited to drive on Czech major roads and highways on Sundays from 13:00 22:00. Special permission may be obtained from the Czech Ministry of Transport in case of one-time sport events. Toll system The electronic toll system is applied on highways in the Czech Republic. The toll is applied to all motor vehicles with gross vehicle weight over 3.5 tons. Vignettes are available at all petrol stations. The price for a 10-day vignette is approx. 12 EUR (310 CZK). 10.
