2010 2012 Report In September 2010 the first French Hosinsul Section was created within the ALIESFALC association. The first grading took place five months later. Hosinsul became a part of the FFSCDA (Fédération française des sports de contact) and KHF France has its own headquarters within the «Ligue d Alsace des Sports de Contact» of Strasbourg. In France, Hosinsul has to follow the FFSCDA law regulation and it finds its place in the «Self Defense» category, according to the French Sports Ministry. All along these years, KHF France worked hard to develop this new martial art coming from Korea and did its best to let it be known through pictures, clips and live demonstrations. In May 2011, KHF France was invited by Bouaicha Yahya, president of KHF Morocco, to participate to a country tour to promote this discipline. This tour was supervised by the KHF Founder Grand Master Wonsang Cho. This tour gave birth to a strong partnership between the French and Moroccan Federations.
In June 2011, we organised a demonstration in Strasbourg whose purpose was to be a discovery stage for children. Usually in July and August all the French sports clubs stop their activities because of the summer holidays. In September 2011 a second Hosinsul Section was created within Panza Gym Martial Art Club in Strasbourg. In October 2011 a third Hosinsul Section was created within Les Tigres de Chaumont association in Chaumont. Lounes Idris supervises our Hosinsul Section in Strasbourg, within ALIESFALC association. Elvir Dzeladin supervises our Hosinsul Section in Strasbourg, within Panza Gym Martial Art Club. Dahabi Abdelaziz supervises our Hosinsul Section in Chaumont, within Les Tigres de Chaumont.
In November 2011, we had the pleasure to train a 6 th Dan Taekwondo Master. He comes from Salzbourg, Austria, where he leads and coach the local Police Department. The training last 8 days and was conducted by Elvir Dzeladin, helped by Farid Boukhouch, and Idris Lounes, helped by Messang Alexandre. Before going back to Austria, Master Jacques Tchuankeng agreed to give a training to show what he learnt and his deep knowledgement in Taekwondo. Master Jacques Tchuankeng started to teach Hosinsul in Austria where we hope more Hosinsul Sections will born soon and it is our deep wish to see him leading the KHF Austria. In January 2012, the second grading took place in Strasbourg.
This second grading had, has purpose, to reward the hard work done by our students and exhort them to keep on along this way. They are our pride and they prooved their strong passion for this martial art that grows up constantly. The following pictures are from our Hosinsul demonstration at the Gladiators I Boxing Event in Strasbourg.
In February 2012 KHF France has participated to the first self defense competition. Hosinsul, thanks to Elvir, Lounes and Farid, placed first.
The following pictures were taken at the first regional Hosinsul stage in March 2012.
In April 2012, we had the chance to do a Hosinsul demonstration at the French Kick Boxing Championship Finals in Strasbourg. Please follow this link to see the clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=gblkvzim3wo From 2011, KHF France coach the Police Department in Strasbourg through the police officer Dupuis Geoffroy, Karate Black Belt 2 nd Dan and Hosinsul Red Belt, who coach his job mates in their dojo. Elvir and Lounes will soon train the local police officers.
We also would like to mention our student-trainer Durand Mauriel, Hosinsul Red Belt and Kung Fu 1 st degree Red Belt. He gives his helpful hand during Lounes, Elvir, Alexandre and Farid classes while keeping on learning Hosinsul. He attends every training and he knows how to work properly. He will be a Hosinsul trainer in future. Future Goals: KHF France will intent to develop Hosinsul through the whole country so that people of any age may discover this new discipline and understand that Hosinsul it is not only a martial art but also a way to repair his body through specific exercises. This may take time because, as any other new discipline, people has to understand the benefits to their health and outside safety coming from the practice of Hosinsul. The world of martial arts is composed by so many different disciplines that all the KHF members has to work really hard to make Hosinsul getting its own place. May 2012: after the successfully Morocco tour of 2011, KHF France is ready to leave for a new country tour which will last about 10 days. Our goal is to tighten the partnership between KHF France and KHF Morocco: Korean Grand Masters will see that our countries, working together, will be able to succeed in the organisation of a France- Morocco championship. KHF France will be also pleased to invite the members of KHF Morocco to visit our country by the end of the year.
June 2012 : The Ligue d Alsace des Sports de Contact of Strasbourg together with the FFSCDA will organise a special training. Its purpose is to obtain a 2 nd Degree Federal Coaching Patent in self-defense; the Ministry of Sports will recognize this patent and this will allow Hosinsul to be legally taught in France. Future Project: organise seminaries and demonstrations through the country to let people know Hosinsul, its background and its benefits. Future Project: coaching members of private security companies. Special techniques will be developed so that the agents will be able to ensure their job. Classes will start in 2013. Future Project: Hosinsul will be proposed to the National French Police training department. We will promote the special techniques that have proven their efficiency in South Korea through the program set up by Master Cho Wonsang. Police officers will discover a new approach to self defense and we hope that, through our classes, they will provide a positive feedback so that Hosinsul may be adopted in future as potentially daily basis discipline for the police. Future Project: having classes for the third age. By teaching Hosinsul to our senior citizens in nursing homes, we will not only provide all they need to be easily safe while being outside, but we also give them the possibility to stay in good shape and be in touch with other people. We know that by being alone and vulnerable they represent an easy target for offenders: thanks to Hosinsul and its specific techniques, we will be able to offer to our golden agers the most pleasant retirement. THANKS : KHF France would like to thank all the ones who supported us from the beginning.
