1. SUBJECT OF THE SURVEY This survey report is prepared regarding the COMVEX İSTANBUL 4 th Commercial Vehicles, Buses and Components Expo, which was concurrently organized with LOGIST EURASIA 2013 6th Logistics Industry, Transportation, Loading, Unloading, Handling, Storage Vehicles, Equipment, System and Technologies Fair, by TÜYAP Fairs and Exhibitions Inc., by permission of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), with the collaboration of Automotive Manufacturers Association (OSD), Heavy Commercial Vehicles Association (TAİD) and the Association of Automotive Parts and Components Manufacturers (TAYSAD) and held between November 14-17, 2013 in TÜYAP Fair, Convention and Congress Center Büyükçekmece / İstanbul, Turkey. 1.1. AIM OF THE SURVEY This survey aims to identify the visitor profile through the polls conducted with the visitors during the fair and information forms collected from the domestic and foreign visitors at the entrance, to determine the general assessments of the visitors about the fair, to present the results of the analysis and published news summaries about the fair to the participating firms, and to benefit from these data for the improvement and development of future fairs. 1.3. METHOD OF THE SURVEY AND THE SAMPLE STRUCTURE This survey is conducted by applying the face-to-face survey method with randomly selected fair visitors equally distributed to the days and hours that the fair was held, at different points in the fair, by evaluating the information forms collected from the visitors at the entrance, and by analyzing the entrance records of the professional visitors and information in their invitation cards. 3

INFORMATION OF FOREIGN VISITORS As a result of the assessment of information forms collected from the visitors at the entrance of COMVEX İSTANBUL and LOGIST EURASIA 2013 Fairs, it is determined that visitors from 51 countries have visited the fair, excluding Turkey. 5. FAIR ACTIVITIES Comvex İstanbul and Logist Eurasia Fairs have continued to be the meeting point of the sector and hosted the public partners of the sector. Turkish Labor Agency (İŞKUR), Turkish Post and Telegraph Directorate (PTT), Turkish State Railways (T.C.D.D), Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), International Transporters Association (UND), Great Anatolian Logistics Organization (BALO), Chamber of Shipping and Türk Eximbank have both introduced their projects, products and services and answered the questions and needs of visitors and participating firms. Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey (KOSGEB) has informed the participants with a Q&A session, following a seminar in which the grants and support is explained. 11
