Preface Dear Colleagues, Based on the very positive feedback to the previous Spine Days symposia in the last years, we would like to welcome you to the next Aesculap Spine Days 2016 Perspectives in Cervical Spine Surgery. Cervical spine surgery is a rapidly developing area of spinal medicine. Less invasive techniques and sophisticated implants enable surgeons to approach the cervical spine from anterior and posterior with beneficial results for the patients.
