Key Strategies and Goals 1. INCREASE MEMBERSHIP AND RESOURCES We aim to provide opportunity to all existing and new businesses to gain through membership of the Chamber We plan to work together to make the best use of our resources 2. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND ADVOCACY We will strive to communicate clearly and often We promise to represent and stay true to the needs and issues of our members 3. SUCCESSFUL EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS We pledge to conduct and facilitate events that support our members and encourage visitation to our district We will promote our successes and those of our members 4.
