DEALER-BASED INTERNSHIPS Toyota T-TEN Internship Information & Requirements The Toyota Technical Education Network (T-Ten) is a twoyear automotive program designed to upgrade the technical competency and professional level of the incoming dealership technician. The curriculum is designed by Toyota and GateWay Community College (GWCC) and leads to an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Automotive Service Technology. The program involves not only attending classroom lecture and laboratory on Toyota products at GWCC, but also requires the student to work at a Toyota dealership. The total program lasts two years with approximately 4 weeks spent at GateWay Community College and approximately 2-44 weeks at a Toyota dealership. Each year consists of rotating 8 weeks class at GateWay (7:0 am - 2:0 pm) and 8 weeks paid work experience opportunities at a Toyota Dealer.
