Develop Resources, and Promote New Pilot Training Mode

I. Brief introduction to SAU SAU is a multi-disciplinary university of engineering, science, technology, economics, management, and art fields, featured by aeronautics and astronautics. More than 23,000 students are studying in SAU currently. The university has 21 colleges, 46 disciplines for undergraduate study including 6 national special majors, 49 disciplines for master degree.

17 key laboratories 1 Collaborative innovation center General aviation key laboratory China's first electric two-seater light aircraft (RX1E) 1632 staffs including 986 academics 1 academician from Chinese Academy of Engineering 12 distinguished academicians 301 academics with doctor degree

II. Current situation of China's cival aviation In 2015, total transport turnover of China's cival aviation reached 85.04 billion ton kilometres, with an increase of 13.7% than the year of 2014. In 2015, volume of passenger traffic of China's cival aviation reached 435.677 million person-times, with an increase of 11.1% than the year of 2014.

More than 10% growth rate in average

In 2015, Mainland China has 9 airports whose passenger throughput is above 30 million persontimes and 26 airports above 10 million persontimes, an increace of 10% than the year of 2014. 6

Till the end of 2015, China has 53 transportation airline companies.

Till December 31, 2015, the amount of valid Chinese pilot license is 45523.

III. Future demand of pilot Asia enjoys the fastest aviation development, in which, China s market increase reaches 50%. Till 2025, China s demand of pilot will increase 100%. Till 2033, 60,000 pilots are needed due to public transport aircraft increase. Considering the facts of available aircrafts and pilot retirement, the amount of demand will exceed 70,000. Till 2030, the gap will be 20,000 pilots as estimated if policy and capacity remains the same. In conclusion, in the future 20 years, pilot training demand in China will be expected to exceed 90,000 with the average of 4500 each year.

IV. General Development of aviation in Northeast China In 2015, passenger throughput of airports in northeast China reached 54.884 million, up 8.1% from a year earlier, and goods throughput reached 489000 tons, up 4.6%, safe aircraft taking off and landing was 550000 times, up 10.5%. In the northeast, besides the subsidiary of Southern Airlines and Dalian Airlines, there are 3 airlines are under construction, Longjiang Airlines, Northeast Airlines and Shenyang Zhongyi Airlines. The aillines reached 27,which were under construction in northeast of China in 2015. In northeast China, there are only two pilots training colleges, Chaoyang College of China Civil Aviation University and the Chinese Dragon Navigation. Flying cadets training ability couldn't keep up with the airlines demand for pilots.

V. Pilots training of SAU 1. FOUNDATION The major, Flying Technology of our university, was declared in 2006 and approved to found in 2007 by Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Ministry of Education and by the Civil Aviation Authority of China. SAU became one of the country's six universities and colleges that have the major. And SAU was the first university to be qualified for pilots training in Liaoning Province and even in Northeast of China. PIC 1 Airlines visited SAU PIC 2 SAU Leaders visited abroad PIC 3 The 1st batch of pilots trained by SAU

2. Enrollment Since 2007, our university has recruited more than 600 pilot students, the detailed data are as follows: Enrollment of SAU Year 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 Num. 22 18 23 48 94 102 100 100 110 In addition, our university has trained 8 batches, more than 450 flying cadets(major changes in driving) for Spring Airlines, Juneyao Airlines, SF Airlines, Okay Airways and Airline companies.

3. Training Mode and targeting Approved by CAAC, SAU is adopting the mode of "theory study and Intensive English training in SAU, flight training at home and abroad, that is, the "2 + 2" mode, according to our university s conditions and also the conditions in China. 序 号 COLLABRATION COUNTRY 1 Montair Aviation Inc.
