JOB OFFER Médecins Sans Frontières Suisse is looking for an : ERP Finance Support Manager (f/m) UniField Médecins Sans frontières (MSF) has developed its own ERP named UniField to cover its Finance and Supply activities and processes on the field (operations in 60 countries). The first deployments started in January 2015 and in order to accompagny the next deployments, adequate support structure is needed to stabilize the tool, provide solutions for reported issues, and ensure evolution of the tool. Your Mission Under the responsibility of the Head of ERP Support, your main task will be providing support and evolution to UniField for all finance-related topics. You will provide support to deployment teams on reported issues. You will help to design the interface and support to stakeholders (Finance Vertical Integration construction), proposing development items and priorities. You will participate actively to the global project management process. In agreement with the finance stakeholders, you will coordinate the definition, production and implementation of new systems features. You will setup and perform tests on corrections and improvements delivered by the development team. Your Profile You are graduated with a university degree in Accounting/Finance or a university degree in Economics/IS/Business with relevant experience. You prove at least 5 years experiences in Finance positions. You have experience in one or more ERP s as user and project manager. You have experience in supporting post-deployment IS/IT solutions. You have experience in defining and modelling functional requirements, processes and specifications (design of accounting/finance information systems). You possess a high expertise in Accounting. You are fluent in English. French and/or third language is an asset. You are a very good communicator with strong analysis and synthesis skills, capable of working in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, whilst being team-player and organized. Strong motivation for working in humanitarian sector. MSF or humanitarian experience is an advantage. Position ERP Finance Support Manager - UniField Department UniField Location Geneva Context: Médecins sans frontières (MSF) has developed its own ERP named UniField to cover its Finance and Supply activities and processes on the field (operations in 60 countries). UniField was formally validated by MSF in November 2014 and the first deployments started in January 2015. UniField is targeted to be installed on all of MSF s locations (350+ sites) and to be used by approximately 4000 users. UniField is a fully functional ERP relying on both: Local autonomous installations allowing for offline use A central synchronisation server allowing for data exchange between installations whenever internet connection is available In order to accompany the next deployments, MSF needs to put in place the adequate support structure in order to stabilize the tool, provide solutions for reported issues, and ensure evolution of the tool. Mission: Under the responsibility of the Head of ERP Support, the ERP Finance Support Manager is in charge of providing support and evolution to UniField for all finance-related topics. Responsibilities: Analyse, qualify and validate incidents reported Support deployment teams in the analysis and resolution of the reported issues Support Finance Vertical Integration construction and evolution (interface design, support to stakeholders) Propose development items and priorities Coordinate the definition, production and implementation of new system features in agreement with finance stakeholders Setup, coordinate, organise and perform the tests on corrections and improvements delivered by the development team Maintain system documentation As member of the Support Team, participate in the global project management process (follow-up, phasing, coordination of the stakeholders, representation, change management, quality management, risk management, definition and respect of deadlines and budgets ) Note This position implicates the capacity to analyse, synthetise and model the requirements of a large IS project, to coordinate the 5 MSF operationnal centers (OC) at an organisational and functional level, to design and develop complex information systems, to develop an innovating vision and anticipate future needs. Barcelona, Brussels, Geneva and Paris) cooperate internationally in order to develop common IS tools to support their operations. These new generation tools will be designed to have a life expectancy of over 10 years. The situation requires a particular engagement from the person in charge, given the complexity of the project, the expectancy of the various MSF International platforms and of the users (operations), the implications of this project for the administrative management of the operations of the whole MSF movement. Furthermore, this position requires specific communications skills and a high commitment to represent the Support Team in the various OCs, at an MSF International level and with all stakeholders.
