Painting Project The Board has obtained four (4) estimates to paint the community. All bids include: Pressure washing all surfaces. Caulking where needed. Masking of windows, doors and trim to prevent overspray. Necessary precautions taken to protect landscaping and vehicles. Spraying and back rolling to provide complete coverage. Quality acrylic paint to provide 10-12 years of realistic life.
Quotes Received from: Certa Pro Painters, Fresh Coat Painters, Capital Painting and Construction and Elite Painting and Construction Quote Range: $ 64,800 - $168,435 The Board is looking at a variety of funding options for this project that will not deplete the Reserve Accounts.
