Purpose and Function of Agent Data Entry for Brokers Agent Data Entry is a web-based tool that enables brokers to explore our Medicare product offerings. It can be used to: Determine if a customer s preferred physicians, facilities and pharmacies are in our networks Determine if a customer s drugs are covered under our plans Obtain quotes for and compare product offerings Shop for and enroll customers in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D plans Track application submission submitted through ADE 3

Acknowledge the Usage Agreement All agents selling Medicare Advantage and/or Prescription Drug plans must meet all product training and certification requirements for the states and brands for which they are appointed. You must acknowledge you are in good standing each time upon entry into the ADE tool. 11

Editing/Adding an Agent Profile The Edit button is used to modify existing profiles, while the Delete button can be used to remove a profile. To add additional agent numbers and location, click on New. 20
Creating Additional Agent Profiles The ADE tool allows for the addition of fields for a Writing Agent s First and Last Name. This will also be visible when selecting an agent profile for each customer s record. 21

The application process will continue if the supporting documentation is not available. Supporting documentation must be attached in order to process the EFT billing option in the membership system at the time of enrollment. Uploading Supporting Documents Tips Users will be provided the upload documents option on the Review & Finish page. (OLS/ADE) The maximum size of any supporting document is 1 MB. Upload of up to 5 forms is permitted at one time. There is no limit to the number of documents that can be attached. The uploaded supporting documents will be listed on the addendum page of the PDF.
