In our practice, it can be sometimes difficult to find the right balance between these two requests. To continue improving our knowledge and to help us resolving this difficult dilemma, we decided to organize the second meeting of Coagulation management in cardiovascular procedures in spring 2013. As we strongly believe in a multidisciplinary approach for the management of coagulation in cardiovascular procedures, we invited again for this second meeting orators from the different medical specialities. As was the case during the first meeting, you will have the opportunity to hear international experts presenting specific aspects of coagulation disorders and their clinical management. This year, beside the theoretical lectures, more opportunity for interactive discussions will be offered with the help of a new electronic voting system.
