Rockwell Automation On The Move Expo Logic Lead Handling Guide The individual who registers their company as an exhibitor at an RAOTM event will be receiving an email from orders@expologic.com for each RAOTM for which they have registered. This email will contain important lead handling credentials for your onsite contact to collect leads at the event they are attending, as well as how to view and download their leads post event. It is critical that the person that registers your company for an RAOTM (the exhibitor event registrant) understands and communicates the license key information contained in the email they receive from Expo Logic to your company s onsite contacts for the event. The exhibitor event registrant is also responsible for communicating the appropriate cloud portal login information included in that same email to those in your organization needing to access your leads for that specific event. A sample of the email the exhibitor event registrant will receive is shown below, with an explanation of what is included and expected: Note that this information is for a single RAOTM. You will receive a unique email with unique lead handling credentials for each individual event. Billing information is not really a bill; it is simply identifying the exhibitor event registrant for your company (the person who registered your company to exhibit at this specific RAOTM event). IMPORTANT: The exhibitor event registrant for each event is the only person at your company who will receive this email from Expo Logic. It is up to them to share the information in this email appropriately within your organization and with your company s onsite contact(s) for this event.

As part of your RAOTM exhibit fee, each event will include a LeadPod license that can be used on up to 2 DEVICES per event. Additional licenses are not available. To collect leads, your onsite contact(s) need to have the LeadPod application loaded on their mobile device, along with this License Key to log in to the application for this event. This License Key can only be used on up to 2 DEVICES per RAOTM, so be sure the License Key is given to the correct onsite individual(s). You cannot purchase additional licenses for RAOTMs beyond the 2 provided, so please ignore this boilerplate text.

Leads collected will sync (upload) real-time to the LeadPod portal provided you are connected to WIFI. If you disconnect from WIFI, your leads will sync (upload) to the portal when connected to WIFI again. To access all leads for this specific event, log in to the lead portal using the information provided here in the Expo Logic email. NOTE: Your leads will be available on the portal for 90 days post event. IMPORTANT: It is up to the event registrant (the person who registered their company as an exhibitor and is receiving this email from Expo Logic) to share this lead access information appropriately within your organization. The Terms and Conditions do not apply for RAOTMs since you are utilizing your own device for lead collection. Please ignore this boiler plate text.

Lead Handling with Expo Logic: IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER LEAD COLLECTING: It is critical that the Encompass partner event registrant (the individual who registered their company as an exhibitor and is the only person receiving the event lead handling email from Expo Logic) share the License Key with your company s onsite contact(s) so they can collect leads. The License Key is only valid for one event. A new email with a new License Key will be sent to the registrant of each RAOTM. The License Key can be used on up to 2 DEVICES per partner, per RAOTM event. Additional license keys are not available and cannot be purchased. Lead handling capability will be available beginning with the pre-raotm networking event. The License Key and lead handling capability will expire shortly after the show closes. Leads will no longer be available on the lead handling device at that time, and will only be accessible through the portal. Syncing (uploading) leads from the lead collection device to the portal will occur real-time, provided the person collecting leads is connected to WIFI. o It is the responsibility of the lead collector to ensure they are connected to WIFI for proper lead uploading to the portal. o If you become disconnected from WIFI, your leads will sync (upload) to the portal when connected to WIFI again. o Leads not uploaded due to lack of WIFI connection cannot be retrieved or uploaded once the License Key expires for that event. LEAD ACCESS: It is critical that the exhibitor event registrant (the individual who registered their company as an exhibitor and is the only person receiving the event lead handling email from Expo Logic) share the portal link, username, and password with those in your organization who need to access your company s leads on the portal. Rockwell Automation will not be responsible for giving out access credentials to your company s event portals. The portal login information is only valid for a single event. The exhibitor event registrant will receive a new username and password in the lead handling email from Expo Logic for each RAOTM. Event leads on the portal can only be accessed by logging in to the portal with the credentials provided for that event. The leads will be available on the portal for 90 days post event, then deleted. It is your responsibility to download them for longer term storage.

Exhibiting Partner Lead Handling Policy Through the exhibitor registration process, your company has agreed to the following lead handling policy: If the Rockwell Automation distributor(s) hosting the event acts as a distributor or independent sales representative for your products, you are expected to share your event leads with that host distributor. If none of the Rockwell Automation host distributors represent or distribute your products, you are expected to follow-up on your event leads directly or through a channel partner that does not distribute or represent products that compete with Rockwell Automation products. Distributing event leads to a competitor of Rockwell Automation (including independent sale representatives and distributors who carry products that compete with Rockwell Automation products) is prohibited. A thank you for attending the <city name> RAOTM email is not an appropriate usage of your event lead list, as a customer could receive 40-60 of these emails if each exhibiting partner were to send a thank you email. To the extent you use your event lead list to engage in any outbound marketing; you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws concerning privacy and unsolicited commercial e-mail. Failing to comply with the above policy could potentially diminish the mutual benefit we both enjoy from referencing your product(s) as part of our Encompass program and could jeopardize your ability to participate as an exhibiting partner at future Rockwell Automation sponsored events.
