Tailored to Your Business Our Business Based Services address the strategic aspects of managing airport logistic systems throughout their life-cycle, such as the outsourcing of operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, enhancing the system performance as well as optimizing operational and maintenance efficiency. Our Operation and Business Review a systematic and comprehensive analysis of all operational and maintenance practices related to cargo and baggage handling systems in airports is the starting point for assessing improvement potential. Our System Performance Review is a systematic analysis of the overall system condition and performance. 4
Our O&M Improvement Projects are targeted at eliminating deficiencies identified during the O&M Business Review or the System Performance Review and include redesign and optimization measures in areas such as: O&M strategy, organization and processes O&M systems Spare parts management Sub-contractor management Our System Optimization services focus on the technical optimization of baggage or cargo handling systems and include for example modifications and upgrades targeted at improving the system performance and reliability. Supporting Your O&M Organization Our Services are targeted at supporting your in-house O&M organization to best achieve their goals, for example through on-call service agreements, maintenance engineering, spare parts management and supply. These services primarily address the technical aspects of O&M but always consider the potential for cost optimization while ensuring the required system availability and reliability. Our On-call Service ensures the reliable and competent response to your service requests on the basis of contractually agreed response times, technical support by telephone and emergency service if required. You can ensure that your systems stay in excellent condition, while keeping your in-house maintenance organization lean, by assigning the scheduled or condition-based Preventive of your systems to us. Our Engineering comprises the implementation or improvement of computerized maintenance management systems, the development of an appropriate maintenance strategy and plan, analysis of repetitive or critical failures and safety assessments. By carrying out Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics we support you with comprehensive analyses and evaluations of data related to the operation of your system. From running data we derive valuable decision support information. In the event of failure we immediately start with on-line troubleshooting. Our Spare Parts Management and Supply offerings include spare parts inventory reviews (stock levels, usage, availability, etc.), spare parts criticality assessment as well as the supply of spare and wear parts.
