4 Training The ECM Exercise Program is designed to ensure our clients remain in compliance with the drill and exercise requirements of the National Preparedness for Response Exercise Program (PREP). International Carrier Bonds (ICBs) ECM have extensive experience in arranging ICBs for operators, to cover their cargo manifest submissions via the Automated Manifest System (AMS) as well as their Crew/Passenger manifest submissions in their enoa/ds, under the Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS).
