How are we going to be making money? Simple question, slightly less simple answer. There are three main sources of income we will have with this business model (list building). First, you will be monetizing traffic in the front end of your funnel. Once a visitor opts into your mailing list, he gets redirected to something called an OTO (one time offer). It s usually not one-time, however that is what it s called. In this phase, your goal is to make back as much of the traffic cost as possible. We are NOT looking for profit yet! This is very important. However, as you can see on the screenshot below, PROFIT is what you will often experience, if you do things right. Earning $1.38 per click, spending roughly $0.40 per click you do the math J Phase 2 is your auto-responder sequence. This is also called a follow-up sequence and it is well, it is what it s called. It s a sequence of email messages that are sent automatically to new subscribers. Think of it as a 100% autopilot money-making (traffic generating) machine. In this phase, the goal is to take a cold lead (someone who doesn t know you and trust you) into a warm lead (someone who trusts you & your knowledge & ability to help them out). We will be also making some money since at the end of this phase, there s usually a product being sold. Here 99% of the time you will start hitting massive profit, unless the traffic you have ordered is complete garbage.

Phase 3 lasts for as long as the subscriber is on your list. Your list is your ASSET. Do you know that the industry average profit that you receive from your list is $1/subscriber/month? That s HUGE. During this phase you send the person email broadcasts, promote products, sell his clicks as solo ads etc. You make HUGE money. Let s continue

To make it all easier to imagine, let s use some numbers for an example. Squeeze page conversions: 45% (how many people opt-in) Traffic purchased: 1000 clicks Traffic cost: $400 (on average, for good quality traffic) Alright! So, about 450 people opt in to your list and go to the OTO. Most of the time, you will get between $0.80 to $1.20 EPC (earnings per click) from your OTO (people usually get significantly less, but with my help & advice that s not the case). Let s take $1. So on the front-end, you re making 450*$1=$450. Which puts you at +$50 already! But no worries! From my experience (over 70000 subscribers going through my auto-responders) you will get about $0.30 per subscriber in the first week or 10 days with your follow up sequence. So 450*$0.3=$225. You re now at $675 revenue, $400 cost = $275 profit. BUT it doesn t end there! You ve now got 450 people to market to. It s your asset and it generates you on average $450 PASSIVE monthly income. Isn t that just amazing? Now, imagine buying not just 1000 clicks but 5000 or 10,000 or more remember when I said it s ridiculously easy to scale this business sky high? This is what I meant! Can you now see the extreme power of this business model? You d have to be a FOOL not to grab this opportunity to change your life. I changed mine and so did thousands of other people, what are you waiting for? How YOU can reach $3k/month within 2 months! Alright, time for some actionable content! I hope that by now you understand why & how list building is the best online business model to follow and you re pumped up to get started! Now, let s start with the tools that you will need: An Autoresponder (100% must-have). Preferably Aweber. A click tracker & rotator. I highly recommend ClickMagick. Hosting for your squeeze pages & funnel. HostGator, choose package Baby (allows unlimited domains), use coupon code onecentfirstmonth to pay only $0.01. This is a good start. A domain. The name itself doesn t really matter, but make sure it s a.com and that it s not marketing related. For example, SuccessWithJan.com is good, JanMarketing.com no. Believe it or not, but that s it J So upfront investment of $1 + free trial + $0.01 + $8 = $9.01. Not too bad, right? Now what you need to do is setup a free gift to give away to your new subscribers. I recommend writing a very short, 5-7 page PDF report. You can also use PLR material or have someone write it for you. It s not too important I talk a lot about that in my elite coaching program. People spend days and days creating their free gift. Just get it done! Next, start setting up your funnel pages. Here s roughly how it looks Note that it might look quite tough and complicated the first time you look at it. I won t talk about every single element here as there is a LOT to explain so if you want me to lead you through let s chat on a strategy session and I ll help.

Get to work on your funnel! Create a squeeze page, which redirects to a thank you page (after the person opts-in), which then automatically redirects to an affiliate offer. Traffic à Squeeze Page à Thank You Page à Offer When creating your squeeze pages, here are some superpowerful techniques that will skyrocket your conversions: Ø Use a white background. No images! Ø Use a pre-headline. Eg. 100% Free Download Ø Use quotation marks around your main headline Ø Make sure the headline is VERY specific ($394.23) Ø Use a BIG submit button. Colors: orange or green. Ø Change the submit button text to Get Instant Access Ø Use an exit popup that redirects to a CPL offer (extra $$)

When creating your free gift, make it rather generic, it will appeal to way more people. Also, make sure it s at least decent this will later affect your list responsiveness! Once you ve got this set up, it s time to start growing your list! Your first goal should be to create a seed list, which will be anywhere between 2000 and 3000 subscribers. Sounds like a lot? Don t worry, it really isn t. Free Traffic Methods (Slow, but free) Ø Click-banking: with this method I ve grown my very first list at an insane speed. I teach my clients the specifics and if you know what to do it s dumb easy and fast (and FREE). Ø Forum posting (use signatures, only post on WarriorForum) Paid Traffic Methods (Fast & cheap with a good funnel) Ø Solo ads Remember your goal is NOT to make profit right away, but to build a list at the smallest possible cost! You will be making TONS of money from it later. So don t worry if you have to invest some money or you break even. That s still very good J Remember, the bigger your list, the more money you make, so the faster you grow your list, the faster you reach financial independence! Would you rather make $50 a day for 3 months, or make $5 a day for 3 months and then make $500 a day? I hope you choose option 2!
