Brunel, Amsterdam January 2013 September 2014 Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics Navision & Microsoft Dynamics XRM Integrating Microsoft XRM with Oracle Finance, HR and Projects for Netherlands, Belgium. Responsible for delivering the integration strategy and development of all integration components on the Oracle side. Per 1-1-2014 Brunel has decided to replace Oracle EBS with Microsoft Navision and during this project I am responsible for design, development and testing all integration between Microsoft XRM and Navision. Besides this I am responsible for creating solutions in XRM to enable the system to support the business processes much better and to rollout these solutions to Brunel sites in Singapore and Germany. From the customer side (Ziggo) I supported the department Architecture & IT Development regarding this study. Thyssenkrupp AG Elevators, Stuttgart/Toronto/Atlanta March 2004 December 2007 Global Technical Manager.5.9 Thyssenkrupp Elevators is a large German enterprise with business units all around the World. The project can be described as a high-pressure project with short deadlines and high quality demands because of the laws in the elevator branch. Within these three domains, the customer has defined approximately 440 pieces of customization. These customizations are built using SSI and local development teams in the Netherlands, Germany, Canada and the USA. All systems are housed at Oracle On Demand in Austin, Texas. This is one of the first implementations of this product in the world. The partner did not have enough knowledge of this module in a technical perspective, meaning that they had difficulties tuning the interfaces to this (and other) modules, but also problems with the performance of the total application. My role was to support the partner in each (technical) area where help was needed. So the daily changing activities largely consisted out of support of the developers with tuning the interfaces (AR customers/ar Invoices/IEX Delinquencies). Accessing the Collections development group for additional support, handling outstanding TAR's with Oracle support, tuning of the standard application and the collection of performance data of the hardware machines. Proclare (Deloitte&Touche), Diemen February 2003 September 2003 Advisor Proclare realized the Proclare Express platform. This is an internet purchase Marketplace for third party purchasers and suppliers to work more efficiently. This platform is built upon the basis of Oracle Exchange, Oracle E-Business Suite (GL,AP,PO,PA,CE with many customizations) and Oracle Portal. Over these platforms lays a combination of a procure-to-pay flow. For guiding the process and the flow, Proclare has asked Deloitte & Touche for a data warehouse. My role was to advise Deloitte & Touche about the operation of all three Oracle platforms, the link between the platforms and the functionality of the procure-to-pay flow. A very thorough investigation has been done into the data sheets of the E-Business Suite and the Exchange, in order to obtain the necessary information to populate the data warehouse. errors, and enhancement of the flow. This was done to gather all information of the flow to then present it in a simple view, so that improvements can be made in problem areas. Alcoa implements his locations (countries) in a fast-forward kind of way. This is done in an aggressive manner, with a scheme of 12 weeks what little room for error. The project activities include the support of what is already created for use in new places and countries, and the creation of new components when functional holes are discovered.
