SSO Annual Report: Water in Basement Narratives Enter narrative analysis of WIB patterns by location, frequency and cause. All of our WIB Occurences happened between June 14 th and June 18 th. everything was saturated from the 3 previous days of rain totaling 2.54" then on the 17 th we got another 3 plus inches most of it in a couple hours time causing flooding everyehere, streets were full backyards flooded a lot of sanitary manholes were under water from flooding. All the creeks were out of their banks. In the N. Cedar W. Butler area we discovered an abstruction in a manhole on a 12" line. This also could of affected Emerald Ave. The rest was just so much water and no where for it to go. EPA 4238 (Rev. 6/14) Page 5 of 5
