The activities envisaged in the project are based on the assumption that reaching the general public is an endeavour requiring trusted relations and a capacity to influence the process of opinion making. This is the way the overall concept of the project is to reach the European, Eastern Partnership, Black Sea, Central Asian citizen through employing the resources of all stakeholders with the capacity to influence public perceptions and attitudes. Utilisation of Knowledge resources and awareness building tools active European citizenship is promoted amongst the wider network of majors, media personnel, policy makers and EU Convenant of Majors stakeholders network so as to facilitate the process of integrating the issues of encouraging the citizens and the energy services consumers participation in active support to the Convenat of Majors signatories initiatives, through informal learning and increasing public awareness.
