1. INTRODUCTION This catalog provides a list of the Axway product courses taught in the North America region by the Axway Customer Training Team. PUBLIC CLASSES: Public classes are shared classes which are open for registration to any Axway customer and appear in our publicized Training Schedule on the North America Training website. Public classes are held virtually (real-time Virtual Instructor-Led Training). The cost is the same to the customer whether the class is held virtually or in an Axway-sponsored facility. 3. PRIVATE CLASSES: Private classes are dedicated to a specific customer. Depending upon the customer s preference, they can be held at the customer s site, or can be held virtually. If the class is held at the customer s site, the customer will be responsible for the Axway trainer s travel and expenses. 4. Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Fundamentals The PKI Fundamentals self-paced e-learning training course introduces you to PKI, which enables users of an unsecure public network such as the Internet to securely and privately exchange data and money through the use of a public and a private cryptographic key pair, which is obtained and shared through a trusted authority. You will learn the processes involved in sending and receiving digitally signed and encrypted email, including how to obtain or return a CAC. In this class you will work with ST user classifications for Rules, Packages, Precedence, Posttransmission Actions (PTA s), customized Agents, and Account Templates. Students who successfully complete this course including the Certification Exam receive an individual certification number (ICN). Axway SecureTransport Advanced Transaction Manager with Technical Certification Duration: 3 days Target Audience Intermediate to advanced users who want to configure and customize the ST server.
