3. Training, education, and feedback At Forever, we want our Ambassadors to understand all of our software and services, and be great at serving the needs of and selling to customers. So, we offer frequent webinars, individual support and coaching from leaders, and Ambassador specific classes and sessions at major events and conferences such as Forever LIVE!, RootsTech, and the Association of Professional Photo Organizers (APPO) Conference. And we listen to you. Our goal is to help tens of millions of people around the world with our software and services. Ambassador Sales Commissions Front line Ambassadors earn a 15% commission on every dollar of cash sales they bring in from all of our Forever products and services including: Guaranteed Permanent Sharable Storage Artisan and Historian Software* Digital Art* Printing* Conversion Services Merchandise * Commissions will continue under the current programs until completion of the Phase III integration into the combined store. To become a Forever Ambassador, a few simple rules apply: 1. You must purchase a $149 Forever Ambassador Welcome Kit (Non commissionable) 2. You must be a Forever Guaranteed Permanent Member (One time or payment plan) Current Forever Ambassadors or Panstoria Affiliates are welcome to join the program before October 31 st 2015 without purchasing a Forever Ambassador Welcome Kit. However, all Forever Ambassadors are required to have a Forever Guaranteed Permanent Member Account before receiving a commission payment. 7

5. Reward tickets to Forever Live! Every year Forever hosts its annual Forever LIVE! conference for our Ambassadors and customers/members. Top performing Ambassadors, Lead Ambassadors, and Executive Ambassadors can earn tickets to Forever LIVE! Some of our best performers can even earn all expense paid trips to this annual gathering. 10
6. Founder s Club reward trips Each year Forever hosts a Founder s Club trip to reward top performing Ambassadors, Lead Ambassadors, Executive Ambassadors and Executive Sales Directors. This trip also provides an opportunity for these important Forever team members to gain additional training and interact with our company s top leaders. Our next all expense paid trip will be to the Sandals Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, April 10 13, 2016. To earn the trip for yourself, you must earn 10,000 Forever Award Points through December 31, 2015. To earn a trip for you and your guest, you must earn 20,000 points.* See our Founder s Club 2016 reward program brochure for all the details. You can buy out points at a cost of 30 cents per point ($30 per 100 points). If you earn or buy out your place with 10,000 points by December 31, 2015, you will have the opportunity to earn more points or to buy out points for your guest through February 29, 2016. 11

To earn the trip for yourself, you must accumulate 10,000 Forever Award Points through December 31, 2015. 8. Lead Ambassador Commissions & Residual Bonuses As an Ambassador, you can grow your career by becoming a Lead Ambassador. Lead Ambassadors earn a 15% commission on every dollar of direct cash personal sales and earn residual bonuses of 8% on cash team sales from their 1 st line Ambassadors. To become a Lead Ambassador: 1. Personally recruit six or more Ambassadors to your first line. 2. Achieve $5,000 cash sales as a team in a calendar month. 3. Interview with the Vice President of National Sales. 14
9. Executive Ambassador Commissions & Residual Bonuses As a Lead Ambassador, you can grow your career by joining the ranks of the Executive Ambassadors. Executive Ambassadors earn a 15% commission on every dollar of direct cash personal sales and earn residual bonuses of 8% on cash team sales from their 1 st line Ambassadors and 5% on cash team sales from their 2 nd line. To become an Executive Ambassador: 1. Organize a team of eighteen or more ambassadors at any level. 2. Promote one or more Ambassadors to the Lead Ambassador level. 3. Achieve $20,000 cash sales as a team in a calendar month. 4. Interview with the Vice President of National Sales. 15
