Executive Summary Anthony Taylor 515 434 8080 info@taylormadebasketball.com www.taylormadebasketball.com Taylor Made Basketball was founded by Anthony "CeCe" Taylor in 2014 after leaving the college coaching ranks in Canada. He wanted a way to connect student-athletes with institutions so that they could be successful on the court as well as the classroom. From his time spent playing game in the United States as a college player to his time coaching college players in Canada, he became very familiar with the recruiting process the ins and outs. He became aware of the specific wants and demands the schools had. He became more aware that there were tons of players all over the world who needed to be seen and promoted to have a chance to earn that elusive scholarship. Anthony has recruited players from North American as well as from Brazil and Sebria. He spent time playing in France in 2008, so he has a wide variety of contacts. He is an advocate of the student athlete. Meaning he has one goal to see you succeed! He does his work with pride and very care. He has a 100% placement rate no other recruiting company out there can say that. Every student-athlete that has come through Taylor Made Basketball is placed in a school on some scholarship opportunity. The reasons that Taylor Made is so successful with its placement and recruiting is two fold: Firstly, coaches don t want to deal with over-bearing parents or some know it all AAU, club coach or business agent. They want to deal with other college coaches who have the student s best interest at heart as well a strong understanding of academic and institutional policies. Secondly, when you re in the basketball world in one form as player and or coach for 21 years like CeCe has been, you develop strong relationships that far out stretch a person s reach. Relationships are key in coaching all coaches, administrators and team personnel know this. I have lived in 4 different countries and I can say I developed relationships on all levels of life and basketball. So please contact us today to start building a relationship and get yourself a college scholarship. We will evaluate your talent level and see if we can help you get on the path you want. At Taylor Made Basketball We advocate for the student athlete!

Taylormade Prep Program I now introduce to you the Taylormade Prep Academy. This preparatory basketball program will feature Student-athletes who compete nationally and train like current college teams do. The academic needs of these prep players will be met through our online learning from fully accredited Colleges/Universities. The main goal of Taylor Made Prep is to instill outstanding work ethic and life skills to a group of young men who have college level potential. We want to prepare them to be more independent and responsible for their day-to-day actions. The desired outcome is to have them arrive on college campus as a more mature young man, ready to handle the daily grind of college life - understanding the balance of academics and athletics; while still being able to manage being socially responsible. GOAL: Produce high quality student-athletes who are ready for college life on and off the court. OBJECTIVES: Working diligently to improve player s mental and physical abilities. ***Taylormade Prep is NOT a high school. We are a post-secondary academic & basketball program that provides alternative/additional services to student-athletes that were unsuccessful in qualifying for NCAA basketball opportunities. CULTURE: Our program emulates the college environment and experience, providing a structured foundation and support. In fact, our 7-month program is a true transition year (NOT a repeat of a senior year in high school). Our student-athletes have more independence than they may have had at their high school and this independence requires them to take responsibility for themselves, just as they will have to do in college. We hold our student-athletes accountable for their actions and decisions; consequently, they leave Taylormade Prep with a physical, mental and social maturity that is priceless to CUSTOMERS: There are several kids now days who want and need the prep year (Post-graduate). We will only take a max of 15 per year and be very selective in the process of who we accept and choose players now need that extra year to really grasp the foundation for growth in the classroom and well as on the court.

PREP SCHOOL: The prep year allows a player to compete, train and do academic work for one year immediately after graduating high school without losing college eligibility. Prep school basketball has become the leading vehicle for exposure of graduate high school and 5th year basketball players because it does not affect college eligibility. It buys you time to mature mentally and physically, as a player and student. Practice and training sessions are typically harder than most games, which is why so many college coaches attend prep practices. Every year, we hear stories of how players missed out on the opportunity to receive a college scholarship due to low SAT/ACT scores, low or average grades, lack of exposure, not being physically ready, NCAA clearinghouse issues, or simply not producing enough results to be noticed. Prep offers the chance for opportunity to meet preparedness. STRENGTHS: As a former player, I thought knew everything about college basketball. It was not until I started coaching that I realized how false that thinking was. After spending nearly 5 years coaching internationally, I have a broader view on the modern day student-athlete his struggles and his successes. I also have a very good understanding of what college coaches seek. I have a great relationship in the business with coaches from all over North America. My teams play hard and compete the right way. They handle there business with academics and on the court they conduct themselves well. PRODUCTS & SERVICES: With this program, players are allowed to use the year for extra help in three key areas academic study, maturity, basketball development. Players are often living away from home for the first time. So the extra push they get often times leads to a successful college career. In those same three key areas: Academic study, maturation process and basketball development. Commuters, Boarding players and Internationals are welcome. Commuters practice and play games with the team but go home every day and come back when it s time for basketball activities to begin. No meals are provided. Domestic players board at the house with the coaches and other players. They are transported to and from school and all activities. They are looked after 24/7 in the home and are given meals inside the home. They have a curfew. All fees are non-refundable and are for Taylormade Basketball only! Scholarships are available for limited and certain circumstances only as Taylormade deems as appropriate.

MARKETING PLAN: Taylormade Prep will be different then the average prep school program. We will play a large majority of colleges from 2 year schools and 4 year universities. However, we will join a Prep-Conference that has a league championship, refs and organized games against other reputable preps on the west coast to provide maximum exposure for our players. Our players (who need credit recovery classes) will take classes from a fully accredited high school that is recognized by NCAA, so they can be recruited without problems. We will have mandatory study hall times to allow of players who need academic improvement to really do so. We will go on team learning trips to NCAA basketball ball games, museums, college campus, etc. This to enhance their overall awareness of adulthood. How time should be spent wisely doing positive things. We preach social responsibility and accountability. We will help turn your student-athlete into a more mature player and person! DAILY OPERATIONS PLAN: 6:45am Breakfast 7:30-9:30am Skills Practice 10:00am-1:30pm-Sat Test Prep@tutoring center/course Work via internet/lunch 2:00pm-4:00pm-Team Practice 4:00pm-5:00pm-Weights 5:00pm-6:00pm Course Work via internet 6:15pm-Dinner 7:00pm-Team Activity e.i. film session, live event etc 8:00pm-Free Time Lights out at 10:30pm weekly, 11:30pm weekends! Location -- Las Vegas,Nevada Transportation -- Combination of car and flight for travel.

CONCLUSION Everything done at Taylormade Basketball is about the mental and physical growth/maturity of our student-athletes; because, we are "advocates for the student athlete." We truly believe basketball is a vehicle to guide a student-athlete through college and eventually towards a graduate degree. With the lessons learned on the court and those off the court, we believe we can set a foundation for a great college experience. Accountability is preached, practiced and modelled on a daily basis. We make sure every player will receive maximum exposure to display their true academic/athletic poetical. We thanks in advance for your consideration of our program. Yours in academic/athletic success,
