("AT&T"), on behalf ofits affiliates, files this letter pursuant to Section 64.1120e of the Commission's Rules. This letter provides notification ofthe transfer of certain local exchange subscribers from SBC Long Distance, LLC dlbla AT&T Long Distance to AT&T Florida, TCG South Florida, and AT&T Tennessee. AT&T has provided the affected customers advance notice of the transfer. If no alternative provider is selected, Florida affected customers will become local exchange customers of either AT&T Florida or TCG South Florida and Tennessee affected customers will become local exchange customers of AT&T Tennessee. The transfer will commence on January 30, 2008 in Tennessee and February 1,2008 in Florida. AT&T certifies that it has complied with the advance notice obligations set forth in Section 64.1120e of the Commission's rules, the obligations specified in the customer notice and any other applicatory statutory and Commission requirements.
