I WAGE & SALARY Annual Wage and Salary Adjustment: Each year, the Children and Family Services Director and Administrators will evaluate the fiscal health of the Division and make any wages and salary adjustments accordingly. CHILDREN & FAMILY SERVICES DIRECT SERVICE WAGE REGION 1: $10.17/hour $10.46/hour $10.75/hour REGION 2 & 3: $11.00/hour $11.25/hour $11.50/hour The following job categories apply to the Direct Service wage: Behavioral Intervention and Support Specialist, Supervisors, Health & Education Specialists, and Office Assistant. Supervisors and Health & Education Specialists earn the Direct Service rate plus $1.10 per hour. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WAGE Administrative Assistant $13.32/hour Administrative Assistants shall be granted 7 paid holidays off during the year, consisting of New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In addition to wages, all administrative assistants are eligible for a Continuing Education Benefit of up to $500.00 per year. Please refer to the Continuing BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN WAGE $11.25/hour $15.00/hour The Behavior Technician position benefits and wage is contract specific for work performed directly related to the CIIBS Intensive Therapy Services Contract. Work with in SA outside of CIIBS contract specific job duties (i.e., working at a program site), will be paid at appropriate wage specific to job duties (i.e., BISS, BISS Supervisor). 4
COMMUNITY-BASED BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST WAGE Community-Based Behavioral Specialist $11.64/hour The Community-Based Behavioral Specialist position benefits and wage is contract specific for work performed directly related to individual contract. Work within SA outside of contract specific job duties (i.e., working at a program site), will be paid at appropriate wage specific to job duties (i.e., BISS, BISS Supervisor). DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (DBT) GROUP FACILITATOR $14.28/hour /Equivalent $14.57/hour The DBT Group Facilitator position wage is specific for work performed directly related to DBT specific work or contract. Work within SA outside of the specific DBT Group Facilitator job duties (i.e., working at a program site) will be paid at appropriate wage specific to those job duties (i.e. BISS, BISS Supervisor). DBT Group Facilitators who become an Independent Facilitator after successfully completing qualifications as defined in the DBT Manual will receive an additional $0.29 per hour. CASE MANAGER WAGE $14.28/hour $14.57/hour In addition to wages, all Case Managers are eligible for a Continuing Education Benefit of up to $500.00 per year. Please refer to the Continuing Case Managers who obtain EBP (Evidence-Based Practices) Certification will receive an additional $0.29 per hour. The following job categories receive the Case Manager Salary: Case Manager, Incredible Years Facilitator, SafeCare Home Visitor, SafeCare Coach. 5
FAMILY PRESERVATION THERAPIST WAGE $15.78/hour $16.07/hour In addition to wages, all FPS Therapists are eligible for a Continuing Education Benefit of up to $500.00 per year. Please refer to the Continuing FOSTER CARE LICENSER WAGE $14.28/hour $14.57/hour In addition to salary, all foster care licensers are eligible for a paid sabbatical* after having been a Foster Care Licenser/Program Manager/Administrator of Service Alternatives for 7 years. The sabbatical cannot be transferred or cashed out, and must be used during the 12 month period following the attainment of 7 years as a program manager/administrator. Annual leave during the sabbatical year is reduced to 60 hours. Rate of pay during leave is calculated at 80% of pay rate on the date of eligibility. Individuals must work for SA for a minimum of 12 months following the sabbatical, or the paid sabbatical shall be reimbursed by the employee on a prorated basis. o *Licensers who are hired prior to Jan 1, 2013 are eligible for a 12 week sabbatical. Licensers who are hired after Jan 1, 2013 are eligible for an 8 week sabbatical. Eligibility for sabbaticals is determined by an employee s actual length of time working in a sabbatical qualifying position. The qualifying positions include Program Managers, Foster Care Licensers, Regional Administrators, Administrators, and Directors. For example, when a Case Manager is promoted to a Program Manager or Foster Care Licenser position, their eligibility for the sabbatical benefit would not begin until he/she has reached 7 years as a Program Manager or Foster Care Licenser. In addition to wages, all Foster Care Licensers are eligible for a Continuing Education Benefit of up to $1,000.00 per year. Please refer to the Continuing 6
PROGRAM MANAGER SALARY $2716/month $2822/month $2875/month In addition to salary, all Program Managers are eligible for a paid sabbatical* after having been a Program Manager/Administrator of Service Alternatives for 7 years.
