4 Paid Vacation, Sick Leave & Personal Days Full time employees accrue both sick and vacation time, beginning immediately upon hire as follows: Vacation is accrued at days per biweekly pay period (or 3.08 hours per pay period), which is equivalent to two weeks on an annual basis. Unused sick leave will accumulate until it reaches 10 calendar days. Further sick leave accruals after this maximum will be suspended until the employee reduces the balance below the limit. Full time employees must have completed one year of service by January 1 st to be eligible to receive two (2) personal days off with pay to be used during the upcoming calendar year.
