Whilst the program generates exceptional otcomes across wide ranging levels of management it is primarily designed for optimal impact at two levels: Emerging and high potential women managers seeking to fast track their leadership development. ACCELERATED PERFORMANCE PROJECT Dring the initial six week Accelerated Learning Phase, participants are briefed on a weekly Accelerated Performance Project. With the prpose of nlocking higher performance each project compels participants to actalise workshop learnings in the real work setting. Projects typically reqire approximately 30 mintes of the participiant s time to complete. PERSONAL ACTION PLAN - ACTION, REFLECTION & PLANNING The capacity to self-evalate, plan and swiftly impel oneself to action is integral to effective leadership. The Personal Action Plan provides an ncomplicated weekly discipline that enables immediate performance elevation and self-evalation. Across the program this process is embedded as a core activity that conditions progress-oriented, self-directed leadership. ACTION, REFLECTION AND MASTERY WORKSHOPS Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops bild pon the fondation knowledge of the initial six week Accelerated Learning Phase. The overarching prpose of the Action, Reflection & Mastery Workshops is to ensre that key learnings, especially those of a theoretical natre, are contextalised into the practicalities of the real world setting. Program Fees The Standard Program fee for the $8,490. This fee covers all program elements. PLEASE NOTE: Individals and organisations enrolling for 2015 programs prior to March 13 are encoraged to apply for scholarship fnding as otlined below. NATIONAL ALL-INDUSTRY SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING PROGRAM Scholarship fnding is crrently available to all sectors for 2015 program intakes. Accordingly all prospective stdents enrolling for 2015 programs prior to March 13 are entitled to apply for the $4,500 sbsidy to ndertake the via the National All-Indstry Scholarship Fnding Initiative. The scholarship redces the Program fee to $3,990. The National All-Indstry Scholarship Fnding Program is a collaborative initiative of Women & Leadership Astralia and the Astralian School of Applied Management. Scholarship Program Fnding Gide ABOUT THE NATIONAL INDUSTRY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM The National Indstry Scholarship Program initiative is the reslt of the Astralian School of Applied Management and Women & Leadership Astralia s commitment to spporting the advancement of women into positions of leadership across the Astralian workforce. By periodically focsing on specific indstries, the initiative distribtes financial spport for the development of women managers across all sectors. The National Indstry Scholarship Program incldes a commitment to provide financial assistance to at least 15% of participants across all sectors nationally.
