Re: Training for a career in accountancy and financial services Training courses we offer ACA training course Each year we recruit graduates to undertake a three year training contract in order to become a Chartered Accountant. Training is undertaken with leading training providers and consists of periods of block release to attend courses with exams being spread over the three year period. You will need to be prepared to study in your own time to make sure that you get the most from your studies and achieve exam success. We will aim to ensure that you are given opportunities to develop a broad range of accountancy and management skills if you can meet the following criteria: Minimum of 300 UCAS Points At least 3 A Levels (preferably Maths related subjects) Minimum of a 2:1 Degree (any discipline considered) Excellent communication skills Effective time and task management skills Ability to deal with people Prepared to work hard both practically and academically ACCA training course If you have, or are expecting good A Level results which include maths, then this route will be just for you. The qualification takes 5 years to complete. Training is with leading training providers, this is combined with on the job training covering a wide range of audit, tax and accounts work.
