These courses are delivered at the client s location during the EmpCenter implementation. Instructor-led courses combine lecture, product demonstration, and hands-on activity. Employee, manager and admin courses during the implementation process are customized to the clients configuration. Training materials for each class are provided in a pdf file format. WorkForce Academy Instructor-Led Public Courses WorkForce Academy instructor-led public courses are delivered at WorkForce Software corporate headquarters in Livonia, Michigan. These courses are open to multiple clients based on seat availability.
