YOY TREND This dashboard summaries the order trend since 2010 to present on annual basis. 1.1 ORDER TREND SINCE 2010 This report compares the orders and value since 2010 to current year, including 5 charts listed below: - Order Value Trend - Volume Comparison - Average Value Comparison - Order Trend Volume and Average Value - Unique Purchases Trend Volume and Average Value Drill down functionality is provided across all charts in this report. It allows users to drill the data from year to month to date. E.g. Click 2014 to drill from year to month; click April to drill from month to date

The gaps between 2 lines represent the amount of GST and postage. 1.1.2 VOLUME COMPARISON Compares the volume between orders and unique sold items by year. 1.1.3 AVERAGE VALUE COMPARISON Compares the average order value with average unique item value by year. - Average order value represents the average value per order. - Average Unique Item Value represents the average value per unique item.

OPERATIONAL DASHBOARD This dashboard aims to provide more granular data analysis for order in the last week, including order summary, order listing, day of week analysis, and weekly density analysis. 3.1 ORDER SUMMARY IN LAST 7 DAYS Summarises the key order data in the last 7 days, including order volume, order status distribution, order value, and average order value.
