Harley Perry, Perry Plumbing I have been fortunate to have been involved with the PHCC Apprenticeship training program since its inception in 2008. Through the years, there has been tremendous growth of the program, from 1 plumbing instructor to 6 and 2 HVAC instructors, from a 1,000sf shop to an over 4,500sf training facility. I have seen firsthand just how good all our instructors are. The quality and understanding of the industry they possess have been invaluable to the PHCC and to the students in our classes. I commend the PHCC for stepping up to the plate and starting this very much needed educational program for our industry. The students I have sent through this program have improved in many ways. They have increased their knowledge and have a solid foundation and understanding of the plumbing & HVAC trades. Their grasp of the codes and installation procedures have improved tremendously. In addition to their technical skills and experience, their confidence has improved more than I ever expected; developing into successful and professional technicians. All of my students are quickly becoming top plumbers in my company, and all have expressed to me how much they have learned and appreciate being part of this apprenticeship program. Thank You PHCC
