In the UK, Janssen-Cilag employs more than 500 people. ITC Infotech has designed and developed the Share-point site for J&J IM Department in order to help demonstrate Share-point capability in terms of team collaboration, sharing of project documents within teams and streamlining of creation, modification, archiving and versioning of the shared documents. Inefficient search The SharePoint based solution was built to facilitate the IM department in team collaboration, sharing the project documents across teams, versioning and archiving of document and project tracking. 4

It facilitated realtime collaboration platform to enable capability building and to prevent knowledge getting lost due to transfers, attrition or retirements.
