1. Scope of our Services This document describes Accenture s Cloud SaaS Implementation Services for Google Apps, and should be read in conjunction with the associated Government Cloud II Services documentation, specifically Appendix 5 Award Questionnaire. Accenture has included Accenture Cloud SaaS Implementation Services for Google Apps as part of the G-Cloud II Framework. These services include processes to support Google Apps adoption and implementation. The Accenture Cloud SaaS Implementation Services will be tailored to the specific G-Cloud II requirements but may include any of the following: SaaS Strategy. Help define a strategy for transition to SaaS. This can include business case development and TCO analysis. SaaS Implementation. Provide resources to help setup and configure the Google Apps environment and deploy this into the organisation. This will include the migration of any data from an existing CRM application (if applicable). SaaS Governance and Operating Model Definition. Define processes for Google Apps usage and management. Ensure controls are in place and roles well-defined to help manage the Google Apps environment(s) and ensure cost effective usage. Accenture are the right partner to deliver Google Apps services. Accenture has delivered a number of the large multi geography and complex implementations of Google Apps. Approach The Services are based on Accenture s proven methodology for delivering Cloud application assessments and Google Apps implementations. This includes a series of toolkits and templates for all phases which have been developed with clients in numerous industries from across the world. These assets and this experience are available to the Authority and to G-Cloud II Customers delivering unparalleled value in the Cloud marketplace. The following outlines the process for a Google Apps Implementation. 4. Outcomes Accenture s Cloud SaaS Implementation Services provide the Authority and G-Cloud II customers with formal deliverables that help derive real business value from Cloud and SaaS. The following is the expected deliverable list for each of the Services, though they may change depending on the scope of the Services: SaaS Strategy o Cloud Strategy overview o Business Cases for specific opportunities SaaS Implementation o Project Plan o Architecture designs (environment and application documentation) o Configured environments and application SaaS Governance o SaaS Governance overview o Process designs 5. Pricing Our unit price of 713 per day represents a blended day rate for systems integration and implementation of Cloud Services. This blend is based on our experience in implementing these kinds of services for customers across industry in the UK. Our commitment is to work with you to define the appropriate scope and deliverables to achieve the desired outcome at the best value for money for you. If the work to deliver the Cloud service is more advisory in nature then our blended rate may increase to 1299 per day or higher. This increase reflects the need for more senior, more experienced staff to be involved in the delivery of these types of service. 6.
