Keynote Speakers Botond Bognár Hungary Ambassador of Singularity University, Founder of Villa Budapest If we consider Hungary as a community, it is imperative that those employers and employees who are basically determining the operation of the community, get a close picture about the technology revolution that is shaping our time. Jon Ingham Strategic Dynamics Consultancy Services Ltd. Executive consultant I believe very strongly that there are better ways of managing people and developing organizations that most businesses are using today. So I like to help employers focus on best fit rather than best practice strategies, often based upon new technologies and responding to the increasingly fast and deep changes in the world of work.

Inspiratory Theme Leaders Talk Show The start-ups made a real revolution. But it is questionable whether we can keep profitability and efficiency with such a liberal and flexible structure. Talking about work styles, another important dilemma is the leadership. How can the world handle the Y and Z generation and the changes in leadership styles and behavior, they are bringing in? (Balázs Gyenese, EY) By the development of technology the world of game is expanding and becoming more real and versatile. Where are the borders? Today by the development of gamification, more and more people work in the game industry, but is it possible that in the future the majority s work will be gamified? (Balázs Vendler, MarkCon) For me, the most exciting dilemma is that we have to prepare for an organizational operation that we can not even envision clearly right now. Who thought 15 years ago, that today everyone will have cell phone and we will be able to connect to the internet from anywhere. This basically changed the way we live and operate today. (Rita Horváth, Unilever)

Professional partners - CEOs In the preparation process 10 CEOs were interviewed about their best practices, vision and future strategies regarding HR and the broad operation of their firm. Three of them participated in the CEO roundtable discussion at the Next HouR 2025 event. They reflected on the output of the Hackathon workshops and shared their thoughts about the future of workplaces and HR. Szirmák Botond Provident Hungary CEO Szombathelyi Péter NNG CEO Mike Nixon Nestlé Hungária Ltd. CEO Laszló Ábrahám, National Instruments Gábor Bojár, Graphisoft Park Cornelia Coman, ING Hungary Mihály Erdős, Generali Group Hungary Benedek Fluck, Hungarian Electricity Plc. Christopher Laska, Telenor Hungary László Palkovics, Secretary of State

Primary results After the opening keynote speeches and the inspiratory Talk Show, during the 4 Hackathon workshops, 72 Mini Hacks were created by the participants about the future of work and HR. The TOP 3 ideas of each topics, were presented in the plenary by the Inspiratory Theme Leaders. In order to keep this creative social network together the participants were invited to the HR Next Practices Club. HR NPC is an innovative social network platform on LinkedIn where Aon Hewitt Hungary provides opportunity to HR experts and thinkers to share their experiences and develop themselves through mutual learning. By the end of February 2015 white paper studies will be published based on the output of the event itself and the prior researches, interviews.
