GENERAL INFORMATION Application fee: $50.00 (Non WNA students only) Registration fee: $90.00 (Non-refundable, non-transferable) Payable with return of registration form. Tuition: See Tuition Schedule on page 4. Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Lunch: Lunch and beverage provided for all students. Snack provided for K-3 and After School Care students. Grades 4-7 bring their own snack. Before/After School Care: Available 6:30 AM to 7:40 AM and 3:20 PM to 5:45 PM. For an additional fee both Before and After School Care are available separately or together. See tuition schedule on page 4. Emergency/Authorization Form: All students new to WNA need to complete an Emergency/Authorization form. This form allows us to authorize emergency medical treatment should the need arise. Authorized Pick-Up: Our policy states that a child will be released only to those who are listed on the Emergency/Excursion form. Please inform authorized people to carry a picture ID. Our staff members will ask for an ID until they get to know the child. Please let the office know immediately if there are any changes in work or home phone numbers or if there are any additions/ deletions to the authorized pick-up list. Dress Code: No uniforms! Students may wear t-shirts and shorts. No see-through clothing is allowed. No cutoffs or frayed hems. Clothing should not have designs, messages or symbols reflecting secular music groups, alcohol, negative messages or gang affiliation. Females: No spaghetti straps, strapless or low cut blouses/ dresses allowed. Shorts & dresses are okay (no shorter than 3 above the knee). 1

GRADES K-3 COURSE SCHEDULE Limited spaces! First come, first serve. Option 1: Academic Enrichment AM Course Options (Time: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) Academic enrichment in the morning session features, math, reading and writing, strengthening foundations while providing opportunities for challenge and growth. Option 2: Summer Musical (AM) & Arts Program (PM) Students will work together in collaboration with the lead teacher to put together a children s musical about Christ and messages from the bible. They will be a part of the set production, lighting, music, costumes, makeup, choreography, and more! In the art program. In the art program, students will create art projects based mainly on scientific principles and excitements with art medium. Students will create 10-15 art pieces throughout the entirety of the summer. Together the art and music programs create a collaborative creative experience for any child to explore and gain confidence in the arts and in life. Option 1: Mad Science PM Course Options (Time: 11:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.) Explore the sciences through fun, interative labs, critical thinking projects, cooking, art and media. Find out how the principles of adhesion and cohesion work in bubble art. Explore the strange life of yeast and its contribution to great breads. Take on the marble raceway challenge by understanding speed and velocity. Come be a mad scientist this summer! Mad for the sciences! Option 2: Computer Coding Interested in making your own video games, cartoons and interactive art tools? Students will be using Scratch, a building block language made especially for kids. Option 3: Lego Build Are you a Legomaniac? Then the Lego Build Class is for you! Learn how to build simple machines and explore how they are used. Guided builds and creative builds are all part of the program as the clas uses those critical thinking muscles to come up with the prefect Lego machine for the job! 2
