All members in good standing as of 30. November 2006 are eligible to vote. New Election Procedure At the end of 2006, the Board of Directors voted to change the way that the elections are held in the Chapter. Rather than having a candidate list for each Board of Director's position, there is a single list of candidates for the Board of Directors. Once the top four candidates have been elected to the board, the board will meet and will elect the new Chapter President as well as the open Vice President areas of responsibility. This is very much in-line with the way in which general elections are held in Switzerland. Candidates As a result of this change, we have three lists of candidates for the Chapter Offices 2007. Please keep in mind that four of the Board Members, namely Thorsten Heil, Serge Medic, Bernard Roduit and Serge Schiltz, are in the middle of their 2-year terms, and are not standing for re-election at this time. PARTNER EVENTS Partner Event (SMP) -- The Audit : A Tool for Managing Your Projects / L'audit, un outil de pilotage pour vos projets (This event will be in French language) Par Marc Barbezat, CISA, Auditeur Interne à la BCV, membre du comité de l'association Suisse des auditeurs informatiques ISACA. Fee: CHF 25.- for PMI members, CHF 50.- for non-members More Information: www.pmi-switzerland.ch/regional/index.php?show=38 4 of 5 08.01.2007 17:44
