Coordinated the actions of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Engaged in program development for the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital (e.g., redesigned CADH behavioral milieu, developed group therapy manuals for anger management skills training and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training).
