What is CCRS? Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS) is a robust, web-based reporting tool. CCRS provides Program Administrators with ability to access, navigate and explore relational data to make key business decisions and conduct program analysis. CCRS is an Internet-based tool that does not require installation of additional software. CCRS utilizes state-of-the-art data security. 6 MM.DD.YY

Key Features and Benefits of CCRS Over 650 data elements, including Level III and enhanced folio data, are available to create and customize reports. Pre-defined best-in-class report queries are available for the convenience of the client. Full ad-hoc reporting is available to enable the client to build their own report with their own selection of data elements, filters and sorting criteria. Reports available include Country Spending Report - lists all foreign charges in both US dollars and by foreign currency equivalent.
