Examines the role of the human resources administrator on workforce education leadership; key administrative functions, workforce development, benefits and compensation, and employee relations are analyzed. The organizing theme for the conceptual framework for the College of Education at Mississippi State University is educational professionals - dedicated to continual improvement of all students educational experiences. Complete four quizzes to determine mastery of important concepts, theories, and best practices in human resources administration. (Objectives 1-8) 7. Complete a final exam.
