ELECTRONIC AND TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering program was first established by Department of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut s University of Technology Thonburi. The undergraduate curriculum of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering : is designed to give students a sound knowledge of Engineering fundamentals, strong physical sciences background and adequate practical training so that they will be ready to quickly achieve competence in treating current technical problems as well as those that will come with the rapidly changing technologies of the year-to-come. The Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering program prepares students for careers in such areas of electronics, computer, communication, ect. The bachelor degree program is designed with courses in the foundation of electrical engineering, principles, designs and applications analog and digital electronics principles and applications of microprocessors and computers, industrial electronics, communication theory, and telecommunication. The supporting courses outside Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering consist of a strong background in mathematics, physical sciences, social sciences and humanities.
